SUMMARY REPORT Payne County Courthouse - First Amendment Audit - July 13, 2026 Preliminary Hearing held in Seth and Anne's cases. Prior to hearing, disparging remarks about Seth and Anne were audibly heard and recorded by this auditor. The pre-hearing behavior that occurred between the presiding judge's clerk [Shelley Phillips,] the assisted district attorney [John Cleveland], and others while both parents were waiting outside left no doubt in my mind that a fair and impartial hearing would not occur. The Judge [Jill Ochs] even requested for additional security for this hearing. Both parents have never been inappropriate in court, are nonviolent, but continue to represent themselves which is known to irritate court tyrants. Judge Jill Ochs clerk told the ADA at one point that she didn't know how long the hearing was expected to go because Seth and Anne are "sovereign citizens." The parents have never claimed such nonsense and there has been absolutely zero evidence provided that support the clerk's statement. The video recording I obtained is being trascribed and submitted with a complaint to the Oklahoma Bar Association. Greg Moyer, owner/editor of the Oklahoma Post has been doing extensive investigations into Payne County Family Court and CPS criminal activities and has received the videos obtained and unedited. The Preliminary Hearing was merely a ritual to advance the persecution of two loving parents. Arraignment is set for July 21, 2026. Payne County seeks to terminate mother's rights before the end of this week. Once again, a mother takes her son to get medical help and a "child abuse specialist" at the hospital declares that the mother was neglecting her child by providing goats milk. 🚨 Payne County Court Update We are on our way back from the Preliminary Hearing regarding the false allegations of child abuse and neglect levied against Seth and Anne. These parents took baby Maverick to the hospital when he became ill. He has battled illnesses before and this one was more severe. A "child abuse specialist" from the hospital claims that Maverick was sick because his parents gave him goat milk regularly. You read that right. The Preliminary Hearing was a sham. Arraignment for both parents will be held on July 21st. Maverick and his sister MollyAnne are with family members. It goes without saying that CPS & Family Courts are highly effective at destroying relationships between family members. It is good that God is a just God. He happened to have me in the court room prior to the hearing.
