All other designs continue to be available online via our Hegen e-store at www.hegen.com  3) Will the Wildlife Wonders designs be launched on other platforms after the Mummys Market Baby Fair?  No, the Wildlife Wonders designs will be exclusively launched at this Mummys Market Baby Fair. It is a limited edition run for 3 days only from 5th to 7th April 2024.  4) Can I bring my existing Hegen bottles down to Mummys Market Baby Fair for personalisation?  No, due to hygiene purposes, only bottles purchased at Mummys Market Baby Fair will be eligible for personalisation.  5) I just purchased a Hegen bottle/gift set online, can I bring the unopened bottles for Hegen By Me personalisation?  No, Hegen By Me personalisation at Mummys Market Baby Fair is only applicable to purchases made at Baby Fair itself.  6) Are my trade in bottles eligible for Hegen By Me personalisation?  Yes! Bottles purchased via our Hegen Trade In will be eligible for personalisation and charged under "Single Bottle" pricing (refer to our price list for more information).  7) Can I personalise only 1 bottle within a Hegen Gift Set?  No, all bottles within the selected Hegen Gift Set will be personalised with the selected print and/or name. Individual personalisation of bottles within the Hegen Gift Set will not be possible.  8) Can I choose different designs and name prints for my Hegen Gift Set?  No, personalisation of coloured design and name is standardised across ALL bottles within the same Hegen gift set, and will not be subjected to individual variations.  However, if 2 different Hegen gift sets or single bottles are purchased, you may customise them differently.  9) Can I choose a design for my 2oz bottle?  No, there will be no design for the Hegen 60ml/2oz Feeding Bottle and Breast Milk Storage. Only horizontal name can be printed.  10) Can I choose a vertical font and coloured design on the same bottle?  No, coloured prints will not be applicable on bottles if a vertical name is chosen, and vice versa.  11) Can I add on printing of names onto my Mummys Market pre-ordered gift set?  Yes, you may purchase the printing of names for your pre-order purchases. However, a proof of receipt of your pre-order must be shown at the cashier counter.  12) What is the recommended method of sterilisation for Hegen By Me bottles?  We would highly recommend using the ultra-violet (“UV”) method of sterilisation for any Hegen By Me product(s). It is not advisable to sterilise via the boiling or steam method as these may affect the digital or laser printing on the bottle(s).

‼️Have questions about our Hegen Trade-In? Read below for our Frequently Asked Questions:   1) How many bottles can we trade in? 6 bottles per person.   2) Can I trade in other brand bottles? Yes! All brands, and materials (PP, PPSU, Glass, Silicone) are accepted.   3) I don't have the plastic cover for my feeding bottle, can I still trade in? No, a full complete feeding bottle set that is eligible for trade in must include the bottle, collar, transparent cover and teat that is dry and clean. A complete set of breast milk storage that is eligible for trade in must include bottle, replacement seal and lid that is dry and clean.   4) Can I recycle my Hegen bottles and not purchase new bottles? Yes, you may recycle your old Hegen bottles (including non feeding bottle and breast milk storage) without purchasing new bottles. Simply let our friendly Hegen staff know!   5) I can't make it to Mummys Market Baby Fair, can I trade in my bottles at Mummys Market retail store at Suntec City? No, the Hegen Trade In will ONLY be available at Mummys Market Baby Fair on April 5-7 at Expo   6) Can I personalise bottles which I have traded? Yes you can.
