Hello Tricia,
Please advise the status of Complaint # 23-52747, The complaint was turned over to you on 11/1/23 and tomorrow is 90 days that you have had the complaint. Please provide me an update, are you charging these people/companies for breaking the law?
My Personal Identifying Information (PII) was taken from Racine County and was given illegally to multiple third parties and even sent to
7oo.com in China.
As a registered voter I provide my voter information to our local municipal clerk, and it is maintained in Racine County. Meagan Wolfe and others actually obtained the data from the municipal clerks in Racine County, and then illegally gave it to unauthorized individuals. It's just like If Meagan Wolfe stole a tractor from a Racine County resident, the crime scene is Racine county.
If I took someone’s PII and gave it illegally, I definitely would be prosecuted. I believe that you referred Harry Wait for prosecution with the DOJ, over using the MyVote system.
The data was taken from Racine County, because by state law, Wisconsin municipal clerks maintain the voter registration data and they have WisVote in their office, so the crime and the victims are in Racine County. Even your data and your family’s data was taken illegally along with mine, and is being provided to these unauthorized people every 60 days.
This data taken includes every registered voter’s social security number, birth dates, driver's licenses, voting history, names, telephone numbers, and email addresses. I fully understand that there is shared jurisdiction, but since this happened to me and everyone in this county, I believe the complaint resides with Racine County and this is a county wide issue and falls to your department.
Have an Amazing day!
