If you let this idea, that you have created, hold you back? That is the definition of being your own jailer. Much of The negatives of a decision come from the wasted time while deliberating it - PARALYSED by the consequences and potential of one or the other, we stay frozen infront of what looks like a fork in the road. this may be one fork, but the road will go in the same rough direction; one decision isn’t the end of all things. Its way More productive to take a few minutes thinking, then decide either way, speed wins. Then, once you have made the decision, throw your ENTIRE Weight behind it. Don’t ruminate on what would have happened with the other decision now that you have hindsight. Who is to say it would’ve turned out ‘better’ anyway? Nonsense to worry about such things. Your life success is due to the sum total of all decisions - not one particular one Most of the time you know the crucial decision to make, but you don’t like the answer or push and try to convince yourself otherwise - or you’re too scared to honestly say / do that thing. The correct decision is waiting for you to have the courage This is one of the reasons why it is said that success is mostly mental. Because if you have the right mental tools and beliefs then you eventually get to the same place of mental peace, of directing your energies and focus to the right things, leading to higher vibrational energy and behaviour along with work and efforts which attracts the winning situations in life. In life we will make decisions that perhaps don’t pan out the way we thought. Curate the belief that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR YOU. Every event, no matter how ‘wrong’ it appears on the surface is directing you to your higher good. Know this, internalise it and believe it and so it shall become. No longer are you upset but the small things in life, because you know God’s timing is always perfect. As a more resilient person, you can focus more energy on the life you want to design.
