تقرير بما اخذناه هذا الاسبوع : (28/9 >> 4/10 /2019 ) 🌺 السبت : 1- محاضرة باثو اعتذرت الدكتورة منية وعوضتنا يوم الثلاثاء. .. 2- محاضرة مناعة مع الدكتور صالح باحاج اخذ موضوع ال Complement system وكان بالمحاضرة انشطة والعاب تقريبًا كملنا المقرر باقي محاضرة عتكون في نص 10 ... مراجعة لل فيروسات كامل .. وبيلغنا قبلها عشان نكون مذاكرين حسب كلامه .. 3- محاضرة الدكتورة بثينة عن ال Data collection techniques. .. طرق جمع البيانات اولية وثانوية وكمية ونوعية مع ذكر العيوب والمميزات وامثلة ... 🌺 الأحد: لا يوجد محاضرات ..الدكتورة منية اعتذرت عن الحضور.. 🌺 الإثنين: 1- محاضرة فارما مع الدكتور عدنان اخذ فيها Anti -microbial .. (Borrelia ,Leptospirosis,Plague ,Listeriosis ,Typhoid ,Clostridium, Cholera,Diphtheris,Anthrax , Malaria). كان يركز على اسم البكتيريا المسببة وطريقة انتقالها واهم الاعراض المميزة و كلمنا عن أهمية ال Complications الخاصة بكل مرض ..واكيد العلاج والاسبوع القادم بيكمل بقية ال Parasites ( Leishmania, Toxoplasma , Giardia, Entamoeba, Trichomonas vaginalis) 2- الدكتور حسن الشماحي اعتذر عن الحضور .. 3- محاضرة طب مجتمع Nutrition مع الدكتور خالد الجنداري... راجع اللي اخذناه في ترم اول سنة اولى .. وكان يركز ع الاحتياجات الغذائية لل Pragnent و ال lactating Women وكيف نحسبها بالكالوريز قال لو نشتي نوسع معلوماتنا نقرأ كتاب الغذاء والتغذية .. 🌺 الثلاثاء : محاضرة باثولجي مع الدكتورة منية .. اخذت مواضيع ال Placenta , Ectopic pregnancy , Cervix وتكمل بقية المواضيع ان شاء الله المحاضرة الجاية 🌺 الاربعاء : 1- محاضرة فارما مع الدكتور أسماء في ال Antibiotics .. شرحت موضوع ال Cell Wall synthesis inhibitors ( B- Lactams [ Pencillins cephalosporines - others ] Poly- Peptide [ Vencomycins - Bacyeriacin ] ) 2- اعتذر الدكتور صلاح عن الحضور ..مافيش محاضرة باراسايت وبس #اللجنة_العلمية😁❤️

ACTINOMYCES ISRAELII ⭐Distinguishing Features: _Anaerobic _Branching rods _Non−acid fast _Reservoir: human; normal _flora of gingival crevices and female genitaltract. 🔥_Transmission:endogenous 🌬_Pathogenesis: invasive growth in tissues with compromised oxygensupply 🚑_Disease: actinomycosis Generally not painful but very invasive, penetrating all tissues including boneTissue swelling can lead to draining abscesses (sinus tracts) with “sulfur”granules (hard yellow microcolonies) in exudate that can be used for microscopy or culture Only in tissues with low oxygenation (Eh). —Cervicofacial (lumpy jaw): dental trauma or poor oral hygiene —Pelvic: from thoracic or sometimes IUDs —Abdominal: surgery or bowel trauma —Thoracic: aspiration with contiguous spread —CNS: solitary brain abscess (Nocardia will produce multiple foci). 🧫Diagnosis: identify gram-positive branching bacilli in “sulfur granules”; colonies resemble molar tooth. 💊Treatment: penicillin V and surgical drainage; metronidazole not effective.

Ceftobiprole is also effective against MRSA and pseudomonas. ⚡Ceftriaxone and cefoperazone are secreted in the bile. ☄Cefazolin is the drug of choice for surgical prophylaxis. 💥Cefotetan, cefmetazole and cefoxitin are active against anaerobes like Bacteroides fragilis. #Pharma#
