This has positive advantages for university students to contribute in nation building, national reconciliation, building sustainable peace and strengthening social interaction.
Criterias for recruitment

4, Who has a willing to attend strictly inauguration training in universities.
5,Willing to provide voluntary service for one month at every site he/she assigned.

28 Addis Ababa University Business School; Working on a project with a university in Germany to increase the contribution of women in the field of logistics.
Apart from the financial sector, the business school is also working in cooperation with the Ethiopian Maritime Transport and Logistics Organization to address the lack of manpower in the sector.
The educational institution is supporting the financial sector of the country by creating industry linkages with various government and private institutions.
Dr. Solomon Markos, the head of the Addis Ababa University Business School, said that in cooperation with the Ethiopian Maritime Transport and Logistics Organization, he has implemented a project that takes into account the needs of the institution's human resources.
Dr. Solomon said that the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain has launched a project in cooperation with the Technical University of Berlin to increase the contribution of women in the sector and to increase the research capacity of the sector.
Addis Ababa University Business School is training more than 6,400 students in different fields by formulating new programs based on the needs of employers in order to be able to manage the country's business operations with knowledge.

እስካሁን ለተፈጠረው መጉላላትና ውዝግብ ይቅርታ እየጠየቅን ተማሪው የባይንደር ዋጋ በዛብን ብሎ ባቀረበው ቅሬታ መሠረት ከብዙ ውጣ ውረድ በሗላ ከሌላ ድርጅት ከበፊቱ መለስተኛ በሆነ ጥራት 250 ብር ብቻ ያገኘን መሆኑን እያሳወቅን የመፅሄትና ባይንደር ዋጋ ግን በድምሩ 1,050 ብር መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።

👉 ከዚህ ውጭ ተማሪዎችን ህገ ወጥ በሆኑ መልኩ በወረደ ዋጋ ባይንደር እናሰራላችሗለን እያላችሁ የምትንቀሳቀሱ ልጆች እንዳላችሁ ደርሰንባችሗል ስለሆነም ከዚህ ድርጊታችሁ እንድቆጠቡ እያሳሰብን ይህ ሳይሆን ቀርጦ በተማሪዎች ላይ ለሚደርሰው ማንኛውም አይነት መጭበርበር ሃላፊነት የምትወስዱ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።
👉 ተማሪዎችም ከተመራቂ ተማሪዎች ኮሚቴ ውጭ ህጋዊ እውቅና እና ዋስትና ከሌላቸው አጭበርባሪዎች ራሳችሁን እንድጠብቁ እናሳስባለን።
