Ya I got rectification of photo and signature

The rails are also carrying current so a magnetic force will act on the rails also...to balance the rails, the rod should apply an opposite force on the rails and then the rails will apply a reactive normal force on the rod..though I think I have taken the expression of this normal force wrong
