36 years ago today, "Operation Survival' was put into action, as Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre historically consecrated 4 Bishops (at Ecône, Switzerland) in the Traditional rite, to not leave us as "orphans" without authentic Catholic leadership; without access to the true Mass & sacraments. He foresaw the increasing disaster of the crisis in the Church and it's affect on souls, and so courageously stood up against the world', as a modern day St Athanasius. This is a true Shepherd; standing up for the truth without respect to persons or any other worldly concern, despite the persecutions; putting God and His precepts first. Merci monsignor.
