Yo.. think about this..

Imagine you have to convince a group of different people about something. you wouldn't use the exact same approach for all of them right? because some people need more convincing, some need less, and if you go too hard on someone who was already on board.. it actually backfires. it's the same with people in your life. not everyone needs the full version of everything. some things.. like your health stuff or heavy topics .. can overwhelm people even when that's not your intention at all. it's not about hiding things, it's just about reading how much each person can actually receive. you put a lot of effort into people. which is beautiful. but sometimes the effort needs to match what they can hold, not just what you want to give.
