| 2 |  🤖 Is AI Giving Bad Answers... Or Are We Asking Bad Questions?
AI is here to stay.
Some people are excited about it.
Others are skeptical.
Some question its accuracy.
Some worry that it will make us overly dependent and weaken our ability to think critically.
These are valid concerns.
I had many of them myself.
But perhaps we should ask a different question.
Is AI really giving bad answers?
Or are we asking bad questions?
Many people use AI like a fortune teller.
They upload a chart and ask:
"Will I become rich?"
"Will I get married?"
"What does my future look like?"
Then they become disappointed when the answers feel generic.
More experienced practitioners tend to use AI differently.
They use it to:
Test assumptions.
Challenge interpretations.
Explore alternative perspectives.
Refine their thinking.
Instead of asking AI to think for them, they use AI to think with them.
That is a very different approach.
AI is not dangerous because it can think.
It becomes dangerous when we stop thinking.
Its responses should never be accepted blindly.
Discernment remains essential.
Wisdom remains essential.
AI should not replace our judgement.
It should help us strengthen it.
Used correctly, AI can become a powerful assistant.
One that helps us:
Verify assumptions.
Clarify logic.
Identify blind spots.
Organise our thoughts.
And sometimes reveal possibilities we may not have considered.
Some people complain that AI is too generic.
But have you ever wondered whether the problem lies with the prompt?
Did you provide sufficient context?
Did you clearly define the role you wanted AI to assume?
Did you specify the perspective or analytical framework you wanted it to adopt?
The quality of the response often reflects the quality of the conversation.
Others argue that AI is too diplomatic.
Too agreeable.
Too cautious.
But have you tried asking it to:
Challenge your conclusions?
Identify weaknesses in your analysis?
Present opposing viewpoints?
Act as a critic instead of a supporter?
The answers may surprise you.
This is precisely why I am organising this workshop.
Not to teach AI to read charts for you.
But to teach you how to have more meaningful conversations with AI.
During this workshop, I will share how I personally use AI to support my studies, analysis, and interpretation of Chinese Metaphysics.
We will explore different AI platforms and their respective strengths and limitations.

Many people ask AI questions.
Very few know how to have a meaningful conversation with it.
The difference is important.
If you ask poor questions, you get generic answers.
If you know how to provide context, challenge assumptions, and guide the conversation, AI can become a powerful companion for learning, reflection, and discovery.
In this upcoming workshop, I will share how I personally use AI to support my studies and interpretation of Chinese Metaphysics.
Not as a replacement for thinking.
Not as a replacement for experience.
But as a tool that helps us think more clearly.

For many students, access to a teacher, mentor, or experienced practitioner may not always be immediately available.
AI helps bridge that gap.
Of course, AI is not infallible.
It can be wrong.
This is why discernment remains essential.

After all, wisdom is not about accepting every answer.
Wisdom is about asking better questions.
