Important for MAINS 🛑🛑🛑 Theme: EDUCATION Easily the most important theme with one question every year. So Data in form of diagram can give you a bonus. Difference maker: The positive effect of NEP (National education policy diagram) in document can make your answer unique as it shows govt in good light as well as different from standard and commonly used data. Infact standard data like literacy rates can also be converted to diagrams. Note: You do not need to learn all the diagrams, just do a few. Let us look at the issues regarding the high-handedness of UPSC/DoPT and the egoistic attitude it carries: 1. Non-release of answer keys post the Prelims, while most State PCS have been doing it for quite some time now. 2. On what basis do they ask for representations when there are no answer keys released? 3. No criteria declared for awarding marks in Optionals, while most State PCS have already done away with Optionals. 4. Non-transparency in Mains answer copies, while one can see their evaluated Mains answersheet in a commission like UPPSC. 5. While extra attempts have been provided by State PCS like Odisha, SSC, Advocates on Record, Constable recruitments in UP, among many other exams for Covid-19, UPSC is still pretty egoistic in its approach, saying it will open up a pandora's box. 6. Non-transparency in the reservation process. Any Tom, Dick, and Harry can get their fake PwBD certificate, OBC-NCL certificate, or even SC certificate made up and get a rank. 7. Undefined and vague syllabus of the Preliminary examination, which led to vague questions in the 2023 GS and CSAT. These are a few of the many issues wrong with UPSC. Still, aspirants are fascinated by the glory and aura of UPSC while UPSC thinks of you like plague-ridden rats. Also, there is a lack of unity among the aspirants regarding their rights, which leads to the loss of crucial years in their youth. The opaque nature of the exam doesn't provide ways for improvement while writing this exam. This further allows the mushrooming of coaching industries with all sorts of misinformation provided by them regarding Mains evaluation, sources to study from, ways to write an answer, conduct during Personality Tests, etc. It's high time. That's all we can say to you especially after APFC results were released.

UPSC EXAMINATION AND REALITY CHECK India’s hardest examination is not just difficult but highly subjective and unequal , giving too much power to a single institution. The Prelims 2023 Paper, both GS and CSAT, exemplified how bright minds suffer under this outdated, rote-learning syllabus, asking irrelevant questions about random animals, Akbar, and Babar. It destroys youth, with students living in 6x6 rooms for years, enduring immense hardships. Whims and fancies of an extremely opaque system , which is made God by Coaching industry and Civil servants as it benefits them has not ensured welfare of students . The interview process is equally flawed. One candidate Like Puja might receive 182 marks, while highly talented and motivated individuals struggle to get above 165 in multiple attempts. This process is biased against those from rural backgrounds and Hindi medium students. How many such candidates get selected? They are few, compared to those from middle and upper-class backgrounds who can afford expensive coaching and possess high-quality English education, fancy hobbies, and strong verbal skills. Compare the interview marks of Hindi medium and English medium students, and the disparity becomes evident.

Important for mains. 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 As we know Internal security is a very high yielding topic. This is a compilation of all diagrams and data in it from topper notes +Topper copies+ data compilations. Surely this 11 pages can give you a easy 5-10 marks boast IF YOU CAN INTERNALISE. They cover all major syllabus headings. As this were created during my mains they are too crisp and maybe a little difficult to understand, but you can take a idea as to how you can do it for yourself. (Any doubt in any diagram, feel free to ask) Find other such compilations of good governance, ethics, etc in: https://t.me/joinchat/Qd1cFxGL5obwsHfSOqQFuQ (Ofcourse it is free, my only objective is to help the community i received help from)
