well there is so many new people. Nov 2022 i had a compression fracture, and over that winter it kept breaking more like the 9/11 buildings as they went down. there was like 5 or 6 compression fractures. Started seeing a bio physics chiropactor and he has helped me amazing. kicked the walker to the shop. still improving. started borax 4/2023 so ive been taking it for over a year. also my homeopath has me on a treatment remedy, started osteoorganical sea algae june of 23, and going to osteo strong this spring once a week. i had pretty bad scores a year ago on my dexa scan. and i just got results tonight from about 13 months later i had my 2nd dexa scan. my lumbar spine improved 43% i can hardly believe that. my left hip 2.3% increase they say if you even stay the same in 1 year its a win. went from couldn't walk without a walker to walking and driving again. still things i can not do or shouldn't do. i have to be careful but i am pleased.
