*JVD 2019-20 వారు ఫీజు మొత్తం పే చేసి సర్టిఫికెట్ లు కూడా తెచ్చుకున్నారు.. కానీ ఫీజు రసీదు లు లేవు అంటున్నారు, ఇలాంటివారికి TC అప్లోడ్ చేసి క్లోజ్ చేయవచ్చా సర్* ANSWER No. As norms that applied till 2019-20 academic year say that fee has to be released to college, many colleges may have issued TC believing that they will get the amount from the govt to their college account. Hence, TC cannot be relied upon as conclusive evidence of payment of fee. The next best option is to take a letter from student/mother stating that they paid the fee (specify amount) for 2019-20 academic year to the college and that they did not have the receipt at present and that they are aware that they are liable for further action, if their claim of paying the fee is found wrong as per records of the college.
