| 9 | We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Amen Taye, the General Manager of CSRC. On behalf of the entire CSRC board and employees, we extend our heartfelt condolences.
Amen's presence was an inspiration and motivation to all. As a young leader, he brought vision, dedication, and remarkable capabilities that left an indelible mark on our organization. His enthusiasm, charisma, and innovative approach drove us forward, and his loss is deeply felt by all team members.
Amen's leadership extended beyond his role, fostering growth, empowerment, and inclusivity. He nurtured the talents around him, leaving an enduring impact on our organization. His unwavering commitment to excellence and ability to motivate others will guide us in the future. Above all, he was a dear friend whose warmth and kindness never wavered. We will miss him deeply. | 20 | The Civil Society Resource Centre, in partnership with Agence Française de Développement (AFD) under The Ethiopian Civil Society Engagement Program (ECSEP) had carried out the Annual Civil Society Awareness and Activism Campaign by screening the documentary titled “Cursed Spears” and by conducting a panel discussion on the role of CSOs in harnessing indigenous knowledge for peace building.
