Admin should get matured with time - giving hour by hour and day by day result update, most of which fails and becomes correct only on result day is not required.

I rarely post about selections (slowly I am moving towards that because this rigidity backfires on me only) but I do post about people who are personally connected or whose struggle I have seen very closely. Yesterday it was Chetan and today its * (As it's IB so name withheld).
The person is a girl who calls me bhaiya and has been here since first batch of Moksha - slowly improvements she did every year and appeared in BPSC Interview and UPSC interview.
As UPSC final results were negative, she did feel all the sadness and it becomes tough to encourage when you know person had not left any gap.
But she did apply in IB ACIO exam while she waits for 70th BPSC final result.
We had been in contact all this while through WhatsApp and yesterday after a nap a message popped up in my WhatsApp.
Nahi Milta life me sab time se proportionate. But jab ye pata hota hai to Mehnat karna bahut asan ho jata hai.

Many aspirants preparing from home start doing household works, receiving guests, buying groceries, cooking, booking tickets, attending marriages, taking care of garbage disposal and what not.
Your competition is not doing anything of this and doing what matters after a year during exams.
Is not it so costly to become nice for nothing?

Don't be selfish but do what matters, do what counts, make change, create something & do things which work for at least 5 years.

I realised late but realised finally that 'Sir' word is colonial in origin. Today US, Europe, Australia etc. do not use this word for teachers.
It was a shame that even I was using this word. I feel guilty of that. But ab mistake correct karte hain.
IAS Corridor will not be using this Colonial Hangover word on its thumbnails and titles anymore.
Indian tradition was Guruji, Acharya etc. but hum coaching wale ye word deserve nhi karte. We are just teachers, coaches and masters (if only expert in a subject).
From now onwards, students of IAS Corridor are requested not to call us 'Sir' and just use our names like Abhinaw, Sharvik, Lav Kumar, Samir Singh etc.
Let's normalise not staying in colonial hangover.

A few years ago Chetan connected through upsc prelims moksha and magic
program.
He wrote cse and Ifos mains. He appeared in so many interviews but luck denied. 3 actually.
Even in those moments during offline batch, Chetan recorded classes for corridor as a goodwill from 11 pm to 4 am alone.
