પ્પ્રાતઃપૂજા બાદ સ્વામીશ્રીની પધરામણીઓ શરૂ થતી. આ યાત્રામાં નવાર્ક, રોઝેલ, લિન્ડન, એલિઝાબેથ, યુનિયન, પ્લેનફિલ્ડ, પિસ્કાટવે અને એડિસન નગરમાં રહેતા સત્સંગી ભક્તોના ઘરે પધરામણીઓ યોજાતી. ભક્તોને રાજી કરવા અને તેમના પ્રશ્નોનું નિરાકરણ કરવા, પોતાના દેહની પરવા કર્યા વગર બપોરે ૨:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી તો મધ્યરાત્રિના ૨:૧૫ વાગ્યા સુધી પધરામણીઓ કરી મુમુક્ષુઓને રાજી કરતા. પધરામણીઓમાં થકતા પૂર્વની લવલાટને સ્વચ્છ કરવાનો સૌભાગ્ય આ પ્રાસાદિક ઉમાને પ્રાપ્ત થયું. જાહેર સભામાં આશીર્વાદ દ્વારા દરેકનાં જીવનમાં શાંતિ થાય, સર્વે સુખી થાય તેવી ભાવના સાથે ચાર દિવસ સુધી સ્વામીશ્રીએ ભક્તોને સુખ આપ્યું.

After morning puja, Swamishri and the santo would leave for padhramanis. Newark, Roselle, Linden, Elizabeth, Union, Plainfield, Piscataway, and Edison were blessed by Swamishri’s vicharan. Swamishri worked to please the devotees, answer their questions, and resolve their difficulties. Swamishri would often end his morning padhramanis at 2:00 PM and evening padhramanis at 2:15 AM. This towel is witness to these days; used to wipe Swamishri’s forehead after pujan between padhramanis. In the evening assemblies, Swamishri would give discourses and pray for the peace and well-being of the devotees. He spread happiness and blessings for four days.

ન્યૂજર્સી સ્ટેટ બન્યા ને ૨૩૨ વર્ષ પછી, આ ધરાને શાંતિની અનન્ય ધન્યતા થઈ જુલાઈ ૧૨ ના શુભ દિવસે. આ ભાગ્યવતી ધરા ઉપર ગુરુહરી પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજ, સંતમંડળ સહિત પધાર્યા ન્યૂઆર્કમાં આવેલ પ્રેસ્બિટેરિયન ચર્ચને ભાગ્યવંત બનાવ્યું. પ્રાતઃપૂજા, અલ્પાહાર, ભોજન અને સાંજે સભા ચર્ચમાં યોજાતી. જેમને સંતસંગી ભક્તો, ભાવિકો સાથે યોગીજી મહારાજના આશીર્વાદથી અર્થી ભણવા આવેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ લાભ લેતા. સ્વામિશ્રી અને સંતોનો ઉતારો ન્યૂઆર્કમાં પ.સ. કાનુભાઈ બી. પટેલને ત્યાં હતો.

232 years after it was founded, New Jersey became truly fortunate on the auspicious day of July 12. For the first time, Guruhari Pramukh Swami Maharaj and a group of santo came to Newark’s Presbyterian Church. Swamishri would perform his morning puja, have his meals and attend evening assemblies at the church. Devotees, well-wishers, and students who received ashirvad from Yogiji Maharaj to study in the United States would often attend. Swamishri stayed at Kanubhai B. Patel’s house in Newark.
