I am looking for students interested in pursuing their Ph.D. at the Faculty of Information, University of Toronto (UofT), Canada. The accepted students are expected to work in prominent research areas related to using Generative and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (GenerativeAI) for Information Systems Maintenance and Design, Foundation Models (FMs) (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs) for Software Engineering (FM4SE), Information Systems Analytics, Mining Software Repositories (MSR), DevOps, AIOps, Requirements Engineering (RE) and related areas. Applicants should have An MSc degree. A solid ML and programming background is a plus.
