بمناسبة إقتراب امتحاناتنا كُلّنا وبداية البعض منّنا كمان جايه أفكّركم بحاجه ألا وهي إنّ الخوف والتوتر والتفكير المبالغ فيه في الجاي مش هيساعدك تنجز ومش هيشجّعك تبدأ ومش هيخليك تخاف علي وقتك أكتر بل بالعكس بيشغل تفكيرك وبيخليك تقضّي وقت كبير في مذاكرة كمية كانت هتحتاج وقت أقلّ لو كنت مُستقرّ!
_أعمل إيه ؟
هنعمل مشروبنا بهدوء من غير جري ونستعين بالله ونجدد نوايانا ونقول لنفسنا إن الوقت الباقي -حتي لو قليل- الخوف الزايد والتوتر مش هيطوّله ولا هيخليه أكبر بل بالعكس هيلخبطنا واحنا مش عايزين نضيّع وقت أكتر
نبعد عن اي مصدر تشتت وضوضاء ونقول بسم الله ونبدأ ولو خوفنا سيطر علينا في النصّ هنستغفر شويه ونصلي علي النبي بنية إن ربنا يباركلنا في الوقت الباقي ونذاكر بتركيز ونربط المعلومات ببعض.

ملكش دعوه بحدّ، متركزش مع الناس هي فين وانت فين استغلّ الوقت الباقي في انك تنجز وبسّ.
