AI, రోబోలు అన్నీ చేసుకుపోతే 2060 నాటికి మన పరిస్థితి ఏమిటి? నేను 8వ తరగతి చదువుతున్నప్పుడు మా ఊళ్ళో మొదటిసారి JCB వచ్చింది. అది చూసిన ముసలాళ్ళు అన్నారు — "ఒక్క JCB పది మంది చేసే పని చేస్తుందట. ఇక మనకు పని లేదు. అందరం చచ్చిపోవటమే." నేను అప్పుడు రాష్ట్రం, దేశం, అంతర్జాతీయ పరిస్థితులు తెలుసుకోవాలని ప్రయత్నించేవాడిని. ఆ JCB భయం నాకూ వచ్చింది నిజానికి. కానీ తర్వాత ఏమైంది? ఆ JCB ని operate చేయడానికి ఒకడు కావాలి. repair చేయడానికి మరొకడు కావాలి. oil తేవడానికి ఇంకొకడు కావాలి. రోడ్డు design చేయడానికి engineer కావాలి. రోడ్డు వేసిన తర్వాత దాని మీద vehicles పెరిగాయి. Vehicles పెరిగితే petrol bunks వచ్చాయి. Mechanics వచ్చారు. Dhabas వచ్చాయి. ఒక JCB వచ్చి పది పనులు పోగొట్టి యాభై కొత్త పనులు తెచ్చింది. అదే తర్వాత computers విషయంలో జరిగింది. 1995 తర్వాత computers వచ్చాయి. Typists అందరూ భయపడ్డారు. "ఇక మన ఉద్యోగాలు పోతాయి" అని నినాదాలు చేశారు. కానీ ఏమైంది? Computer operator వచ్చాడు. Hardware engineer వచ్చాడు. Software రాసే వాళ్ళు వచ్చారు. Printer repair చేసే వాళ్ళు వచ్చారు. Network connection ఇచ్చే వాళ్ళు వచ్చారు. ఆ తర్వాత భారత్ IT రంగంలో ప్రపంచాన్ని శాసించే స్థాయికి వెళ్ళింది. Typing పోయి Coding వచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు AI వచ్చింది. అదే భయం మళ్ళీ వచ్చింది. కానీ చరిత్ర ఒక పాఠం నేర్పింది — technology మారిన ప్రతిసారి పని రూపం మారింది. పని పోలేదు. రిక్షా పోయింది. Auto వచ్చింది. Auto పోతే Bike taxi వచ్చింది. మీ దగ్గర scooter ఉంటే సాయంత్రం 6 నుండి 10 గంటలు Ola, Rapido చేస్తే రోజుకు వెయ్యి రూపాయలు వస్తాయి. హాయిగా కుటుంబం పోషించవచ్చు. ఇది AI యుగంలో కొత్త పని. ఇప్పుడు AI గురించి ఒక్క నిజం:- AI తెలివైనది. కానీ అది మనిషి కాదు. 99% సరైన సమాధానం ఇస్తుంది — కానీ 99% అంటే 100% కాదు. ఆ 1% తేడా కనిపెట్టడానికి మనిషి కావాలి. AI data చూస్తుంది. కానీ data వెనక మనిషి బాధ చూడలేదు. Doctor AI చెప్పిన రోగాన్ని diagnose చేస్తుంది — కానీ patient చేయి పట్టుకుని "బాగవుతావు" అని చెప్పడానికి మనిషి కావాలి. మరి 2060 నాటికి ఏమవుతుందంటే — AI చేయలేనివి మనిషి చేస్తాడు. అవి ఏమిటంటే — సృజనాత్మకత, నిజమైన అనుభవం, మానవ సంబంధాలు, నైతిక నిర్ణయాలు. Machines ఇవి చేయలేవు. ఎందుకంటే ఇవి పుస్తకాల నుండి నేర్చుకున్నవి కాదు — జీవితం నుండి నేర్చుకున్నవి. కొంచెం చదువు, వివేకం ఉంటే చాలు — అభ్యుదయం కలుగుతుంది. AI వాడుకోవడం నేర్చుకున్న వాడికి AI శత్రువు కాదు — సహాయకుడు. కానీ ఒక condition ఉంది — adapt చేసుకున్న వాడికి gain. Adapt చేసుకోని వాడికి pain. మానవ మెదడు ఏ కొత్త విషయాన్ని తొందరగా accept చేయదు. అది JCB దగ్గర జరిగింది. Computer దగ్గర జరిగింది. AI దగ్గర మళ్ళీ జరుగుతోంది. కానీ చరిత్ర చూసిన కంటికి భయం తక్కువగా ఉంటుంది. చివరగా ఒక్క మాట. భూమి మీద మనిషి పుట్టిన దగ్గర నుండి పనిచేస్తున్నాడు. పని రూపం మారింది — పని పోలేదు. పనిచేసే వాడికి ఎప్పుడూ పని ఉంటుంది. అది ఏ యుగంలో అయినా నిజమే. AI ని చూసి భయపడకండి. అది నేర్చుకోండి. వాడుకోండి. మీ పని కోసం పనికి పెట్టుకోండి. ఆ తెలివి ఉన్న వాడికి 2060 లో కూడా ఉద్యోగం ఉంటుంది — AI ఉన్నా, రోబో ఉన్నా.

It’s true Sir … AI tools can be used as assistive tools .. 50% to 99% it’s giving effectiveness ( case to case) .. after getting output verification/ testing expert is required, giving correct input prompt .. domain expert is required.. rather then only coding engineers ( like present) .. in future experts might be required in all domains with awareness of AI tools ..
