Hello! Weβre a research team from Mindline.sg who would like to understand the mental wellness landscape amongst Singaporeans and how people cope with mental health challenges.
When and how long will it take?
60 mins face to face (preferred) or online session.
Weekdays from Jul 8 to 31

* Young adults with care-giving responsibilities

* Seniors
The full spectrum of people who have been diagnosed with mental health conditions to people who are generally well, because we know that we all go through ups and downs in life.

1) Spend 1 hour per week engaging with forum members, offering a listening ear and emotional support.
2) Respond to posts with empathy and kindness, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
3) Attend an onboarding briefing session at the beginning of your volunteer term.
Criteria:
- Aged 17-35 years.
- Passionate about mental health and uplifting others.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in your responses.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting forum members' privacy.
Benefits:
- Make a positive impact on mental wellbeing.
- Gain valuable experience in a supportive community.
- Join a team of like-minded volunteers.
