Third suggestion is about impostor syndrome from Keon
Keon was talking about writing.
But I'm going to tell you about life.
Because impostor syndrome, whether you're an artist or some other profession.
You'll feel it.
First key to understanding: impostor syndrome kills.
It will convince you:
- you're too bad
- what you do isn't worth much
- you're not worth the money you're going to ask for
Imposter syndrome not only kills you emotionally, it kills your career and de facto ruins your life.
2) Imposter syndrome has deep roots
Often, a lack of self-confidence.
Close relatives who put people down can ruin someone's self-esteem and chain them to never trying again.
If you have confidence in yourself and your skills.
You know what you're worth. You're not afraid to offer your skills and look people in the eye.
If you want to overcome your impostor syndrome, you're going to have to work on yourself.
Gain confidence in yourself.
But also in your skills.
How do you do it?
3) Become better than the rest
Train harder than everyone else.
Become a master of your art.
And keep learning every day.
There's no secret.
Only by repeating the craft, over and over again, will you become better and more confident.
It's normal to have doubts when you're just starting out.
But the more you practice, the more you'll dispel your doubts.
4) Do I have imposter syndrome?
I did at first. I'm not a native. My grammar was poor.
But today, I don't care. I'm going to propose a product soon. I'll put a high price on it. And I have no doubt that it will be worth it.
5) How do you set your prices?
If you don't have a little anxiety before you announce your price. It's not expensive enough. You have to think it's expensive yourself. This has a double positive effect.
--> It builds your value.
--> If someone buys, it proves you're worth more than you think.
It builds your self-confidence.
6) Do we have to overcome impostor syndrome?
Yes and no.
Imposter syndrome isn't all bad. It keeps you in check. It forces you to always do a good job. To have standards of results.
To not feel imposter syndrome is sometimes to be an imposter. Being overconfident. It's a recipe for disaster.
You have to be confident. In yourself. In your skills.
But stay humble and keep learning.
Know when to assert yourself.
Listen and correct yourself when necessary.
That's how you keep improving your expertise.
And to avoid breaking your wings with your own hubris.
I can only recommend that you find your balance.

The second suggestion comes from Sakar: the difference between being married and being in a relationship, and what will change once you're married.
There are three axes of answer.
First: what place does religion have in your heart?
Second: my advice for finding the right person
Third: What changes when you get married?
1) Many religions make marriage sacred. Most of them. Marriage is a rite of passage in a man's life. The recognition of a union before God. The beginning of a family. The beginning of responsibility.
If you weren't responsible for your wife before, by marrying her you become her protector.
Before God, you'll be responsible.
It's a giant responsibility. She's someone else's daughter. You're going to have to live up to that.
What's going to change for a man is that he's going to have to take his responsibilities seriously. He no longer has to look after just one destiny, but two.
And he will have to answer to God for his actions.
2) How do you know who's the right one?
Marriage is no joke.
A bad marriage ruins your life.
You have to find your ride or die.
If there's the slightest doubt, your gut feeling is right: it's not her.
You'll have to find the person with whom you vibrate on the same resonance.
You have the same vision of things, but ESPECIALLY the same life goals.
Loving is not enough.
You have to share a whole connection with each other.
The two of you moving in the same direction.
Complementing each other.
Fill in each other's gaps.
I repeat, if there's any doubt.
You have everything to lose.
A good husband or wife is your unfair advantage.
3) What changes when you marry, if you believe in God, is a lot.
You feel like you're living according to your faith and the rules of your religion.
You're united by a sacred bond that will never be broken.
To marry is to make a stranger your family.
It's a blood bond, a link between two lineages.
To become one.
It's the most beautiful union on earth.
If you don't believe in God.
That doesn't mean you can't believe in the sacred bonds of Marriage.
And if you don't believe in that, there's nothing I can do for you.
I wouldn't even recommend getting married if you don't believe in the concept.
If you think you are going to marry and maybe divorce someday, stats are against you.
4) Bonus
I failed my marriage.
Good part is on me.
It allows me today to talk about my mistakes so that others don't make them again.
Just because mine didn't work out doesn't mean I don't recommend others.
Marriage is the best way to live a quiet life.
A family is a man's fulfillment.
But you have to be ready to live up to the responsibilities that will be yours.
If you have other topics, feel free, i'll tackle them in the request order.

First suggestion
"When you doubt your plans and change them often."
It's hard to know your path.
Especially today, for those who are younger.
If you work hard enough, you have the paradox of choice, which makes choosing even harder.
Every path you choose could be the wrong one.
Is it normal to doubt your choices?
I doubt every day.
I'm launching a new business in January.
There's not a week goes by when I don't doubt.
Or I think, "Maybe this is a mistake."
I could give up and say to myself that my doubts are right, but ... that would also be a mistake, since I'd be saying to myself "What if I'd done it."
To answer the question: there's no shame in doubting your choices.
We all aspire to be happy.
And there's no point in stubbornly following blind alleys.
The first thing to do is to stop.
Do some soul-searching.
And set a course, which will be this one, whatever the situation.
It's difficult to give advice that will work for everyone.
I'm lucky to have a passion that pays money. Soon, I'll be able to make a living doing it. But some passions don't pay.
"Follow your passion and do what you want" is the worst kind of advice.
Mine would be: buy your freedom.
Work in niches where the money flows freely.
Build your skills in there.
Grit your teeth.
Build assets.
And when you're strong enough : escape.
I worked during years into a soul sucking job.
Long story short
There's this ultimate place you dream to be.
We all have one.
It's the first thing who come to your mind when you close your eyes and think about it.
Find the road to get there.
And get on the road.
Working towards this ultimate achievement every day makes life more bearable.

It's been 8 days since I last wrote on channel.
I have a lot of work IRL.
If you have a topic you'd like me to cover.
Don't hesitate to comment.
If i can help.
I'll create a special post to answer your question.
Take care.

About fear of abandonment
There's this guy, young.
He tells me about his fear of abandonment.
His fear of abandonment is so big that he's decided not to bond anymore.
He'd rather take no chances than risk suffering.
He's afraid he won't be able to bear another injury.
Not surprisingly, after a few questions. Distant parents, unavailable when he was a child, divorce, lack of love...
When we're children, we need unconditional love.
When we don't get it.
The fragile child calculates 1+1
"If my own parents don't love me, I can't be loved by anyone."
My friend, you were an innocent child.
Your math is wrong.
Nothing is your fault.
You just existed.
You're not responsible for other people's failings.
It's not easy, I admit.
It hurts.
But you've got two choices.
- All your life, make yourself guilty of a crime you didn't commit
- Free yourself from this need for love that may never come, and starts loving yourself unconditionally.
Those are just words. I don't know if they can heal the child inside you. Or the one in you who experienced this abandonment as a tear in his own soul.
But they are words of encouragement to help you free yourself from this suffering that is not your fault and will never be.
Take care.

About Reputation
I've just made a sale.
It was a good one.
A customer came in.
He heard about another customer talking about my services.
He wanted the same result.
10 minutes passed between the time I met him.
And the time he gave me his money.
I was surprised at how quick and easy it was.
That's the power of a reputation.
Underpromise.
Overdeliver.
Over time.
You build trust.
And trust is priceless.
Keep all your feedback preciously.
And bombard them on all your communication channels.
When you say you're the best.
It's always met with suspicion.
It even sounds pretentious.
But when hundreds of people say you're the best.
It creates something in your prospect's head.
"This is the perfect person to solve my problem"
More and more people starts to recommend your work.
Keep setting the bar very high in your commitment to excellence.
1 173
About Doubts
I have doubts every day.
No matter what I did in my life.
It's crossed my mind several times.
To stop everything.
Why try so hard ?
When things seem so immobile.
So much time to see any progress.
Doubts assail.
And when it's not lack of progress.
Victories creates doubts.
What if my growth stopped?
Why doesn't it work as much as it used to?
But it worked yesterday.
Every day, doubts will arise.
They're impossible to avoid.
The only thing to do.
Take a breath.
And keep doing what you have to do.
Even when you're dying not to.
1 173
About Mastery
There's no way to achieve mastery except to work at your art day after day.
Read about it.
Seek out new teachers.
New angles.
I was watching a documentary about a pro athlete yesterday.
Breaking records in his discipline.
It's been a lifetime of training and sacrifice.
The result?
Movements so fluid you'd think they were impossible.
Perfection in his art.
If you want to be good.
Practice.
And when you think you are.
Redouble your efforts.
I sincerely believe a man only finds happiness by exploring his limits.
He finds peace when he overcomes his greatest adversary: himself.

About Politics
When I was young, I loved politics.
I used to spend a lot of time campaigning for a party and vigorously defending my ideas.
In fact, I developed the art of rhetoric to debate and defeat my opponents.
When you're young, you're an idealist.
You dream that you can change everything.
Then I grew up.
I saw what power does to people.
And unfortunately, humans being human, as soon as they acquire power, they become corrupted.
I could see that politics is just a circus, and that I was willing to be a clown by taking part in this show.
I don't want to be too frontal with politics.
I have no interest in promoting anti-politics.
Besides, I admire those young people who get involved and want to change everything.
On the other hand, I do want to protect you from the lies out there.
Politics is a game.
And promises are only binding on those who believe them.
If you're a young person, I encourage you to read :
- discourse on volontary servitude
- animal farm
Politics is about delegating power to others.
I don't believe in politics.
I believe in amassing enough power aka money and relationships to be able to influence one's own world.
Instead of spending time campaigning for politicians who have made treason their business, you could spend time growing your own power.
I'd love to get those lost years back.

"Carry the Fire"
I was browsing @HooaFury
telegram when I saw these words
"Carry the Fire"
If you haven't read or seen "The Road", it will be difficult to understand these words.
This is a film/book that will send shivers down your spine.
I don't know if I recommend watching it or not.
Reading or not, because there's a before and an after to this experience.
The author manages to descend into the depths of the inhuman, and you're just a helpless passenger on the journey.
You look on in horror at a world of darkness rarely depicted in any other work.
This isn't The Walking Dead. It's not I Am Legend. It's much darker. It's a journey into hell.
We follow the journey of a father and son.
And the father will repeat to his son: "Carry the Fire. You must carry the Fire."
Fire symbolizes hope. In this broken world, this father is the only one who has not lost his humanity. This is the lesson he wants to pass on to his son.
He must carry the fire. This fire must not be extinguished.
These are troubled times.
We don't live in The Road.
That's for sure.
But we're living in troubled times.
Dishonesty is everywhere.
Decadence is commonplace.
This world is trying to steal your values.
To turn you into something you're not.
It tries to test your limits and break you.
You must resist.
Show that it can't take who you are;
Show that he can't win.
For you and for others.
You, too, must "Carry the Fire."
1 173
Dream breakers
Ask them if you can succeed, they'll say it's too late.
Your time has passed, the opportunity is behind.
The road ahead ? Too long for you.
The strength or the heart ? They'll say you lack of.
They'll say people like you, don't belong in the arena.
They'll say people like you, belong on the bench.
Your dreams, they'll tie to anchors.
Your dreams, they'll drown.
You finally dare to do something ? They'll criticize.
Whatever you do, will be wrong.
Whatever you say, will be pointless.
Dream breakers, are sinister emissaries.
Having lost their dream, it's the fate they hold for you.
Through their darkness, they absorb your light.
You can't let them, protect your heart.
As soon as their venom strikes, flee.
Near them, nothing great, ever happens.

Back to the basics
Must
8 hours sleep
Eat good food
(no sugar, vegetables, meat, eggs, fruit, drink = water)
Workout
Set aside a few hours for your projects.
Work with ultra focus.
Turn off your phone.
Be strategic.
Plan your tasks the day before to move ahead quickly.
READ - READ - READ - READ
I've written this 4 times in bold because it's the habit that will change everything.
Before going to bed, make yourself comfortable.
Forget the phone.
Immerse yourself in an interesting book.
Fiction, non-fiction.
Plan your next 10 read.
Mix genres.
It'll stimulate your imagination.
Make you sleep better.
Imagine being lulled by the greatest stories this earth has ever known.
Do you really think it won't change anything?
It's gonna put some fire heart in your heart every single night.
Gonna ignite greatness into your blood.
A tier
If you can
5-10 minutes in the sun
5-10 minutes meditation
Every morning
Take a 15-30 minute walk in the evening WITHOUT your phone to recharge your batteries every day.
You'll be surprised how many good ideas come to mind when you stop scrolling.
The list is in order.
Not sleeping for 8 hours will upset everything else.
Not eating properly will make us sick and prevent us from enjoying the life we've built for ourselves.
I repeat: the list is in order.
Master everything, from top to bottom.
One month of this routine and you'll be someone else.
The rhythm: every day
Dreams don't build themselves.
Have a fantastic day.
Much love

Learning / Training is always the key
Last night, I spent part of the evening playing a video game.
I was stuck at a boss from a Souls like.
The developers of these games make almost insurmountable bosses to test your mental limits.
No matter what I did, I couldn't kill him.
During the first few tries.
It seemed impossible.
Too fast, too powerful.
He doesn't give you a chance.
Trial after trial, it's just a dead screen.
But as the trials pile up, something changes.
Moves that seemed unstoppable become visible.
Movements that were too fast can now be dodged.
You learn to parry, to dance.
His life, which hadn't yet diminished, began to decline.
After 10 tries, what was impossible in your mind becomes doable.
After 25 tries, you're confident you can do it.
After 50 tries, you're sure you can do it.
You just need the right try.
After 3h00 of trying, he finally died and ironically, he wasn't hitting me by the end.
I knew all his moves by heart.
Come to think of it, it's just like life.
Some challenges seem impossible.
And many give up far too soon.
They give up when they think the task is too hard for them.
They don't take the time to learn.
To understand.
To unravel every part of the problem to solve it.
They think it's too hard when ...
They're not at the right level.
They're too weak.
And instead of trying to improve.
They give up.
They'll find 100 reasons why they can't succeed.
When the truth is : too weak.
It's okay to be weak.
You just have to accept that sometimes you're not good enough.
But that doesn't mean it's forever.
As long as you have the will and perseverance, the impossible can become possible.
You can progress and become strong enough.
Mountains can be lifted with time and training.
Whatever the challenge is.
Breathe, learn, train.
You can do it.

I had written a long article this morning.
My browser crashed.
And it's all gone.
An hour of my life lost forever.
Recently, something was stolen from me.
It was a pain in the ass.
About 1 month ago, something unexpected blew up my plans like a meteorite.
Chaos will strike.
Because life is chaotic.
There's good and bad that will happen.
There's nothing you can do about it.
What we can do.
We can control our emotions and our reactions to these events.
We can choose to live through a catastrophic day and brood about it for hours.
Or we can move on and look forward to the rest of our lives with optimism.
Complaining or being angry doesn't help.
It won't change the past and will slow you down to achieve a better future.
Something unexpected happens.
Of course it's annoying, but you have to learn to let it go.
Because you have no choice if you want to live with a smile.
Take a breath.
Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
1 173
You can't take care of others if you don't take care of yourself.
There's a pandemic going on all around us.
A disease that affects far too many of us.
Lack of self-love.
Lack of self-love is the source of almost all our emotional problems and insecurities.
It often stems from a childhood lack of something.
Love, very often.
At a time when we needed love and attention the most.
We lacked it, and the emotional wound runs deep.
Instead of healing these wounds.
We continue to nurture and tear them apart with non-rational thoughts.
"If I didn't get enough love, it's because I didn't deserve it."
And if others don't love you, then it's hard to love yourself.
The cycle starts and there's no way out.
We ruin our relationships because we don't know how to measure them. Those who suffer from a lack of self-love have deep-seated insecurities.
Translate into love-bombing, jealousy or any number of unhealthy behaviors.
Lack of love can lead you to think that you don't deserve certain things either. We depreciate ourselves.
Trapped in your own thoughts, you become your own jailer.
You've thrown away the key.
I can't cure you of your lack of self-love.
But... I can give you ways out.
Healthy egoism.
Reappropriate your time and resources.
Take care of yourself enough.
Learn again how to have a healthy relationship with yourself.
You'll see that when you start loving yourself, others will too.
The gym, good sleep, goals to accomplish, full days, good food, sunshine...
Become again an ambitious person who takes care of his mind and body.
If you don't make yourself a priority, no one else will.
1 173
Having suffered too much, some people build impenetrable emotional walls around themselves.
They think that if they build their walls high enough, they will no longer be affected by life's wounds.
They shut themselves away in an ivory tower, clinging to a solitude they think will save them.
They're right, but if other people's malice can't reach them, neither can their benevolence.
By being so closed to what the world has to offer, they no longer receive anything.
They survive when we're supposed to live.
Traumatized, the fear of suffering prevents them from experiencing new things.
Yet it's these new experiences that could be the key to their recovery.
Be careful, but don't be afraid.
Fear will always be your enemy.
The one that stands between you and the one you want to be.

Your 20s are a blessed time
I know that many of you who follow me are young, but also don't have children yet.
For those of you who do, I want you to understand that you're in a time when anything is possible.
I'm not saying that it's impossible to succeed when you already have children, but the responsibilities increase tenfold and time becomes very limited.
There's not a week that goes by when my schedule isn't completely turned upside down because of something unexpected with the kids.
Take advantage of this golden period to set yourself up for success. Don't wait because you don't have time. You can enjoy it later. This is a key period for building a prosperous future.
Be hard on yourself today and you'll have an easy life later.
Your 20 are the foundations for building your legend.
Have a great Sunday.

Ichigo Ichie, the art of making the most of every moment
It's a Japanese concept that teaches us to treasure every moment that comes our way.
A philosophy of life that asks us to leave the past where it belongs and not to worry about the future, but simply to sublimate the present moment.
To live it to the full and savour every moment, freeing ourselves from the weight of regret for the past and hope for the future.
We all have our problems, and right now I'm going through one of the most difficult periods of recent years.
But thinking about problems all the time doesn't solve them. And we don't have to think about them all the time.
Every day, we can give ourselves zones where we let our brains breathe and fully savor the present moment.
A cup of coffee, a sunset, a walk in nature, a hug for a loved one, a chat with your parents...
In the ocean of problems that can overwhelm us, we have all these little blessings that can become eternal memories.
We don't know how long we're going to live, so we might as well start living today.
Have a great day.

To use AI or not
I saw something interesting this morning.
A post from a creative saying "If you use AI, you're a fraud."
The post was widely celebrated and the majority of comments agreed with the article.
Those stuck in the old days will always try to find arguments to convince you to stay with them.
And when they can't, they'll use strong words to provoke your ego.
The techniques of manipulation never change.
A productivity war is being waged.
AIs are hundreds of robots at your disposal, ready to help you increase your productivity tenfold and expand your empire.
Those who use AI have developed firearms technology, while those who don't are stuck with edged weapons.
Ask yourself who will win, although I have my own ideas.
If you haven't tried GPT yet, please do.
Play with the tool.
Ask questions, think of inventive ways AI could boost your productivity.
There's plenty out there, and all that time you save is time you can use to do other things.
Life's too short not to save time when you can.
Have a great week.
