Everybody has a story It's funny how I tell people not to be judgmental while am the one being judgemental. I knew that if we care enough every soul has a story to tell but I have never realized it as I did yesterday, the people that I counted as egoistic and cold shouldered had a story to tell too. Don't think we're the only one's suffering and being pained but the one's we think don't have a life too pass through what we are passing through right now. All of us are given problems on the carrying capacity of our shoulders even more than that and we all have different stories to tell.

Hello💜 I had the chance to spend time with one of my beloved friends today...I learnt that whatever that has happened in the past it's gone though it's really hard to let it go and start a new life it's gone and it has got no power to change our future...today is what matters...use it well.

I ran out of breath trying to keep up with life and what it brings So out of breath I couldn't even state where I was all is blur and everything seems upside down I couldn't even manage to let one word slip out of my dry throat All my tears are gone and now my eyes are dry too My heart is tired of beating because of all the bruises My legs are weak from running this far and not getting anywhere My hands are covered in wounds and blood from all the climbing I did since day one My brain is too weak to process anything that's happening around me My ears are about to go deaf from all the insults I have received All in all am numb but I won't stop until I feel again.

So I found this and y'all might go like "ahhhh so romantic' and stuff but truth be told this is far from romantic I mean it's good that your guy gets all about you and loves you or whatever but I don't find it fair them using the same phrase always "they meant nuthin to me and I don't even remember their names" puh-lease 🙄 I'm not being stereotypical but you know it's not fair why is it a normal thing they go sleeping with lots of girls and never care about them and twist their faults onto the girls and say she asked for it. I just don't find it fair so my dudes out there please use your single seasons for working on yourself and your mind to be a better man for your future queen, not sleeping around and saying they meant nothing in the end. #Suicide I ain't gonna go and define what suicide is cause Y'all know what it is. The very prominent backbone for suicide is depression...what we all need to talk about is what causes #Depression cause without depression no suicide. Depression is caused due to lots and lots of reasons; 👉 Loneliness (we happen to feel so lonely at times and that nobody cares but trust me when I say this there's someone who cares and loves you even if you don't feel like it and if u don't want to accept this let me tell you another truth you're not alone...I feel lonely too we all feel lonely and that my friend should be a comfort...you are not the only one okay😍) 👉 Life experiences (what we all have been through in the past could lead us to depression...abuse, rape, losing a loved one, betrayal and so much more I haven't mentioned. We tend to believe that dwelling on these broken pieces could mend us but it doesn't sure we have been hurt sure we have been broken sure we have been betrayed but dwelling and holding onto these pieces doesn't help for who we need to become tomorrow so keep fighting let it all go and learn breathing with aching lungs and you'll survive💪💜) 👉 The fear of failure ( ain't nobody perfect right? Yea. Which means we have failed more than thousand times in our lives even as kids...so perfection is not possible but trying is...what I am tryna say is we all fear failing again and fear we might not succeed but our problem is we don't try enough I honestly say that there's no failure without trying so if you try once and fail try harder and if it doesn't work out try harder again and keep this up until you succeed😁👍) These are only what I think as causes for depression there are many more. These things lead us to depression and toss us in our private world where we care about no one and we care for nothing...afterwards it all gets dark and we even hate every single thing around us...and then breathing becomes harder than ever...Our heart aches from all the pain...Our throat tightens in need of air...finally we go to the only solution we think there is #Suicide...we take our own breath away and cut off our beautiful not yet seen future...
