Work is one of humanity's greatest blessings, yet some see it as a curse, while others do it just for the sake of it without ethics.
Our emerging young leaders at Rejoice Africa are challenged to be professional and ethical in their workplaces, for the betterment of themselves and our country. We'll only change at the level we're willing to work hard ethically. No shortcuts!!

In Africa, we value family and community, these are the foundations we must keep strong.
Leadership begins at home. Those who aspire to lead others must first nurture and take responsibility for their own families.
Our emerging leaders engaged in a powerful discussion on relationships and how they shape their leadership journey.
Rejoice Africa is proud to create this opportunity in partnership with YEP Ethiopia and Addis Ababa University.

Let us introduce one of the key partners behind the Rejoice Africa AAU Young Leaders Development Program: YEP Ethiopia
YEP Ethiopia is redefining how leadership is developed by turning learning into real behavioral change. Through its two-year leadership development program, managers and emerging leaders grow into more effective leaders through a proven, practical process.
Forget long lectures and theory dumps. YEP Ethiopia focuses on high-impact interaction, gamified learning, and hands-on practice using an AACSB-certified curriculum designed to create real and lasting change.
Because leadership transformation doesn’t happen in isolation, the program actively involves employers and team members throughout the journey—building accountability, alignment, and measurable progress in the workplace.
The result? Leaders who don’t just understand leadership principles—they live them every day.
