Partnerships and other matters 1) Development and application of BAAS Parking & Influencer grade upgrade system - BAAS Parking start date: May 29, 2026 - BAAS Parking usage and benefits information - How to register: Deposit of more than 9.9 million BAAS tokens is required in the MetaMask personal wallet linked to the Agendabook App. - Registration benefits: Automatically upgraded to Agendabook influencer level, and up to 100% additional rewards compared to general level when participating in Agendabook research - Note: All MetaMask wallets registered in the existing panel's Agendabook will be deregistered before the service opens, so please be careful not to pre-register. 2) Roadmap changes - Due to the development and application of the BAAS Parking system, the roadmap schedule related to [Development of AI Proof of Source Data system], which was scheduled to be developed in the 2nd quarter, is scheduled to be postponed to the 3rd quarter. - Research and review of AI-related blockchain-linked services - The roadmap and schedule may change in 2026 due to additional development and advancement of AI functions and linked services, and will be announced separately in the future. 3) Completion of strategic investment agreement with GCL Holdings group - Completion of contract for business progress and strategic cooperation with GCL Group - Contractor: Completed contract for project investment with 4Divinity Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of GCL Group 4) Purchase BAAS tokens on the exchange to secure reward tokens - Purchase BAAS tokens for the first month of each quarter to secure reward tokens for commercialization platforms - Make purchases by budgeting within 10% of the previous quarter's sales and move to the reward wallet. - Some of the above contents may change depending on the accounting treatment and related laws of the commercial platform operator.
