Old FYERS_PARTNER_V3 platform will be STOPPED from 14th December
You need to change the platform from FYERS_PARTNER_V3 to FYERS_API.
What do you need to do?
-> Existing users need to generate API app in Fyers portal & add app credentials in our system
-> Please do this process before the end of this month

SAS Online - Update
Please note that SAS is shifting it's clients to new API called Stocko.
If your account is shifted, please use platform SAS_STOCKO_API.
1. Go to menu (Settings -> Trading Accounts)
2. Edit your SAS account
3. Select Platform as SAS_STOCKO_API
Note: This change will be live from tomorrow.
Mastertrust issues ongoing
We have informed the broker, awaiting their response.
IIFL Broker timing out
Likely due to broker's BOD issues, we have already notified them & their team is looking into it.
Zerodha users please do some testing on Sunday
We have had to make some emergency changes.
Hence, we request you to do basic testing on Sunday.

Broker Notification - Multiple accounts logged in from single device
Note: Some of you may have received OR may receive similar emails from your broker.
What is it?
- This is happening because SEBI & exchanges have been putting more pressure on brokers recently to record IP addresses & perform investigation
What action should you take?
- As of now, YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION. Do NOT create any ticket with the broker.- We are working on some solutions to pass unique IP address per account. - Once our solution is live, your account will not be flagged as being used from a single device - The broker cannot stop/suspend any account immediately (without multiple warnings & clear notification that they are suspending the account) Kindly message us if you have any other queries.
Finvasia API is down
We are unable to contact broker, please try & reach to them.
If you are using FINVAISA BROKER accounts along with other brokers, we request you to mark Finvasia accounts NON-LIVE until the issue is fixed...otherwise you will see system getting stuck while loading the data.
Choice Broking - Connection timing out
We have reported the errors to the broker, awaiting their response.
If you are using CHOICE BROKER accounts along with other brokers, we request you to mark choice accounts NON-LIVE until the issue is fixed...otherwise you will see system getting stuck while loading the data.
Angel Issue - RESOLVED
- The problem happened for FUTURE symbols as faulty symbols were coming in Angel's symbol master
- Angel confirmed that the fix may take 3-4 days
- Meanwhile, they asked us to apply a patch on our side to ignore the faulty symbols which has been implemented successfully
Angel One - Issue Update
It seems the issue is still ongoing and some accounts are still affected. We have opened up a ticket with the broker's team.
Please follow up with your broker, as there is no ETA given to us.

Fyers - Issue resolved
Fyers team has just confirmed that the issue is resolved. The issue happened because of API rate limit changes done by Fyers over the weekend.
Fyers API Update - Even after sending multiple notifications, we are still seeing that people are using older platform. Please follow the steps in above message (if not already done so). ☝🏻
Fyers is no longer providing support for OLD PARTNER API.
