🌸 cystocele is the most common type & enterocele is the least common type
🌸 less common in black races because strong ms
🌸 conginital factor 👉 nalliparous prolapse
🌸 clinical classification of prolapse according to introitus 1,2,3
G3 👉 complete procidentia
🌸 combined prolapse 👉 uterovaginal ودا سببه ان الرحم هو اللى نزل واخد معاه الفاجينا بسبب ضعف mesenchymal tissues
ودا بيحصل اكتر مع young age & no cystocele
Or 👉 vagino uteral ودا سببه ان الفاجينا اللى حصل فيها cystocele اخدتها ونزلت وشدت معاها uterus وبالتالى السبب هو cystocele ودا بيحصل فى old age اكتر
🌸 pelvic organ support levels ( مهمممممم) level 1,2,3 وايه اللى هيحصل لو كل واحد فيهم حصل فيه ديفيكت
🌸elongated cx is false prolapse due to mackenrodt's ligament stretch
🌸 most common associated symptom with prolapse is stress urinary incontinence

Rectocele 👉 posterior colpo perineorrhaphy
Enterocele 👉 culdoplasty لاحظ كلمة كولدو دى تشير للدوجلس بوش
👉 le fort operation ( partial colpocliesis ) دى بنقفل الفاجينا بنسيب فاتحتين بس ونلزق الرحم فى العمود الفقرى والساكرم من ورا
🌸 causes of recurrence 👉مهم preoperative & operative & post operative
🌸 1-Very old patient.. Fort operation
2-Old patient completed her family... Vaginal hysterectomy+ sacrospinous suspension+classical repair
