Unable to print booking receipts after updating the POS BO version to 4.9.3. Please follow the following steps to overcome the printing issue
Dear Team, Please ask the user to follow the below steps andthen check.
💠 Open the Url:
http://172.19.64.105:8080/pos/POS_New
💠 Download the Counter, Zip folder 💠 Unzip the Counter, Zip folder
💠 Copy the Counter folder after unzipping
💠 Go to C>POS>Application> Paste the Counter Folder
💠 Replace the DB_CON folder of existing one into new counter Build (Else you may get the DB connection failed error.)
💠 Launch the application

ഓൺലൈൻ അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നവർക്കുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ
1. ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ കൊടുക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന GDS തന്റെ phone number ഡിവിഷൻ head മായി ബന്ധപെട്ടു റൂൾ 3 പോർട്ടലിൽ update ചെയ്തു ലോഗിൻ credentials ഉണ്ടാക്കിക്കണം.
2. Phone നമ്പർ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്താൽ പോർട്ടലിൽ കയറി നിങ്ങളുടെ employee ഐഡി, ലോഗിൻ ഐഡി ആക്കി ലോഗിൻ ചെയ്യാം. എന്നിട്ട് പാസ്സ്‌വേർഡ് set ചെയ്തു നിങ്ങളുടെ phone നമ്പറിലോട് വരുന്ന otp അടിച്ചു confirm ആക്കാം.
3. മിനിമം ഒരു വർഷം സർവീസ് ആയവർക് മാത്രമേ കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റൂ.Clear വാക്കൻസി യിലോട്ടും tenatative വാക്കൻസി യിലോട് കൊടുക്കാം.
❗️May 2024 Transfer ൽ Tentative Vacancy ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല❗️
4. Tentative വാക്കൻസി (ഒരു GDS വേറെ പോസ്റ്റിലോട് അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ കൊടുക്കുമ്പോ വരാവുന്ന വാക്കൻസി )യിലോട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷ vacant on provisional /tentative basis ആയിട്ടാണ് ട്രീറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുക. ആ പോസ്റ്റിലെ GDS നു ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ അപ്പ്രൂവ് ആയാൽ മാത്രമേ ആ പോസ്റ്റ് vacant ആകു.
5. Tentative, non tentative അടക്കം മൊത്തം ഒരു ഡിവിഷനിലെ മാക്സിമം പത്തു പോസ്റ്റിലോട് ആണ് preference കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നത്
6. ഓൺലൈൻ അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ന്റെ ലാസ്റ്റ് date വരെ ഉള്ള സമയത്ത് modify ചെയ്യാനും അപേക്ഷ പിൻവലിക്കാനും ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉണ്ട്.അതിനു ശേഷം രണ്ടു ദിവസം കൂടി കൊടുത്ത preference കൾ "one time change" ൽ മാറ്റാൻ അവസരം കിട്ടും. ഇത് ലാസ്റ്റ് ഓപ്ഷൻ ആയിരിക്കും.
7. Spouse ground ഉള്ളവർക്ക് spouse ന്റെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് upload ചെയ്ത് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം
8. ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ റിക്വസ്റ്റ് സബ്‌മിറ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ അപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ വിജയകരമായി സബ്‌മിറ്റ് ചെയ്തതിന്റെ system ജനറേറ്റഡ് ആയ SMS /ഇമെയിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർഡ് ഫോൺ നമ്പറിലോട്ടും ഇമെയിൽ ലോട്ടും വരുന്നതാണ്
9. ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ അപ്പ്രൂവ് ആയാൽ System ജനറേറ്റഡ് ആയ ഇമെയിൽ /SMS നിങ്ങൾക്ക് വരുന്നതാണ്.
10. ഓരോ സൈക്കിളിലു പറഞ്ഞ date ൽ അനുസരിച്ചു ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ അപ്പ്രൂവ്ഡ് ആയവരുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് റിലീസ് ആകുന്നതാണ്. ആദ്യം clear വാക്കൻസിയിലോട്ടുള്ള ലിസ്റ്റ് ആണ് വരുന്നത്. അതിൽ കിട്ടിയവരുടെ റിലീവ് schedule പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ നടക്കും. എന്നിട്ട് tentative വാക്കൻസി യിലോട്ടുള്ള ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ലിസ്റ്റ് ഉം വരും. അവരും schedule ൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ റിലീവ് ആകണം.
11. ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ കൊടുത്തിട്ട് അത് സ്വീകരിക്കാണ്ട് നിരസിച്ചാൽ ഒരു ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ ഉപയോഗിച്ചതായി കണക്കാക്കും.
