અતિ આવશ્યક ફરજ બજાવનારા ઓની કામગીરી યથાવત રહેશે જેમકે વીજળી/પાણી/સુરક્ષા વગેરે

*વિષય: તા.07/07/2026 મંગળવારના રોજ વરસાદની આગાહીને અનુલક્ષીને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સલામતીને ધ્યાને લઈ મહાનગરપાલિકા અને નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં કોલેજમાં વિધાર્થીઓ માટે રજા રાખવી અને ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ વિધાર્થી માટે રજા અંગેનો નિર્ણય આચાર્યશ્રી કક્ષાએ લેવા બાબત.*
તારીખ 06/07/2026 ના રોજ મોડી રાત્રે પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ હવામાન ખાતાના બુલેટિન મુજબ તા.07/07/2026 ને મંગળવાર ના રોજ સવારે ભારેથી અતિભારે વરસાદની આગાહીને ધ્યાને લઈ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી મળેલ સૂચના મુજબ કોલેજ આવનારા-જનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સલામતીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી *સુરત મહાનગરપાલિકા અને સુરત જિલ્લાની તમામ નગરપાલિકાઓમાં આવેલી કોલેજોમાં* માત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે રજા જાહેર કરવામાં આવે છે તથા ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ સ્થાનિક પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને કોલેજએ બોલાવવા કે ન બોલાવવા અંગેનો નિર્ણય કૉલેજના આચાર્યશ્રીએ વિવેકબુદ્ધિપૂર્વક તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના હિતને સર્વોપરી રાખી કરવો.સુરત જિલ્લા ઉપરાંત ના દક્ષિણ ગુજરાત વિશ્વવિદ્યાલય ના વિસ્તાર માં આચાર્ય શ્રી વિધાર્થી ઓને રજા આપવા બાબતે વિવેકબુદ્ધિ ને આધિન યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લઈ શકે છે
નોંધ :જો કોલેજ ખાતે કોઈ પરીક્ષા ચાલતી હોય તો યુનિવર્સિટી સાથે યોગ્ય સંકલન/પરામર્શન કરવું પરીક્ષા બાબતે અને પછી રજા અંગે નિર્ણય કરવાનો રહેશે

ઉપરોક્ત નામ દર્શાવેલ વિધાર્થીઓની માર્કશીટ કોલેજ પર આવી ગયેલ છે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જે સેમેસ્ટર ની માર્કશીટ લેવાની હોય તે સેમેસ્ટર ની ઓરીજીનલ ફી ભર્યાની રસીદ લઈને માર્કશીટ લેવા આવવાનું રહેશે. ફી રિસિપ્ટ વગર માર્કશીટ આપવામાં આવશે નહિ જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નોંધ લેવી.
