Why Allah test those whom He loves? Shaikh Mohammad bin saalih Al Uthimen
1 256
On the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), he said:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"I know of a verse which, if all people were to follow it, would suffice them:
'And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out, and will provide for him from where he does not expect.'
(At-Talaq: 2-3)."

Prophet ﷺ said:
“He who wants his record (of deeds) to please Him, should repent a lot.”

It was from His ﷺ supplication: "And I ask you for a source of joy that never ends." A source of joy: It means that Allah will grant him stability in his heart in all matters, good or bad. That he will see all of Allah's decrees as a blessing from Him. And this is followed by the stability of his heart, and his sense of security and peace, because the eye is the gateway to the heart. So if the eye is stable, the heart will inevitably be stable as well

Whoever confronted himself with his sin, reflected on it, repudiated it, and left it to Allah; he became more pious, virtuous, and righteous."

Shaykh Rabi‘ al-Madkhali, may Allah preserve him, said:
“By Allah, if we recited the Qur’an as it should be recited and followed what is in it, we would be happy in this world and happy in the Hereafter, but most of us turn away.”

Sufyan al-Thawri wept the entire night until morning.
And when morning came,
It was said to him: “Is all this because of fear of sins?”
He took a piece of earth and said: “Sins are less than this, but I weep out of fear of a bad ending.”
And this is from the greatest understanding, that a man fears his sins will forsake him at the time of death, preventing him from a good ending.

Feel not lonely by the strangeness that you sense amongst the people,
For the people are considered to be like those who are dead.
Have you not come to know, that Ahlus Sunnah are truly the strangers in every era?

O callers to Allah: Do not weaken because of the small number of those who respond to you. The honor of calling to Allah, and the elevated rank of its people in this world and the Hereafter, is not tied to the number of responders. The Prophet ﷺ said: “A prophet will come with no one with him”—meaning that he called, yet no one responded to him. Still, he lived as a Prophet, died as a Prophet, and will be resurrected as a Prophet.

Abu al-Darda’ (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
"It is a sign of a servant's understanding (fiqh) to know whether he is increasing [in faith] or decreasing, and it is a sign of a servant's understanding to know how and from where the whispers of Satan reach him."
He means that it is part of a person's religious insight to examine the state of their faith (iman)—whether it is growing or diminishing. Many people experience a decline in faith without even noticing, which stems from a lack of deep understanding and spiritual foresight.
Umayr bin Habib al-Khatmi (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say:
"Faith increases and decreases."
It was asked, "What is its increase and decrease?"
He replied:
"When we remember Allah (the Mighty and Majestic), praise Him, and glorify Him, that is its increase. When we are heedless, wasteful, and forgetful, that is its decrease."

The Eid for the Believers in Jannah ༽
❝As for the Eid for the believing servants in Jannah, then it's the days when they will visit their Lord, The Mighty and Majestic, so they will visit Him and He will honour them with the highest level of honour by revealing Himself to them so they can look at Him.
So He will not give them anything that is more beloved to them than that and that is the extra about which Allah The Mighty and Majestic said:
For them who have done good is the best [reward] and more❞

Manifesting joy on the days of #Eid is from the symbols of the religion.

Displaying joy on #Eid is a Sunnah; it brings delight to a friend and irritates an enemy. The Prophet ﷺ would allow the Abyssinians to play in the masjid and would say,
“So that the Jews know that there is recreation in our religion.”

✨The days of Tashreeq
Nubaishah Al-Hudhali (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“The days of Tashriq (the three days following 'Idul Ad-ha, i.e. 11th , 12th and 13th of Dhul Hijjah) are days of eating, drinking and remembering (dhikr) of Allah, the Most Great and Glorious."
Narrated by Muslim, 1141.
