Технический сбой затронул инстансы вида:

На некоторых инстансах в период:
— с 15:25 28.10.2026 по 21:36 GMT+03 28.10.2026 (длительность 6 часов 11 минут) наблюдались проблемы в работе методов showMessagesQueue, getMessagesCount, getWebhooksCount. Во время сбоя методы могли отдавать ошибки - 5XX.
— с 20:53 28.10.2026 по 21:36 GMT+03 28.10.2026 (длительность 43 минуты) наблюдались проблемы в отправке сообщений. Во время сбоя методы отправки сообщений могли отдавать ошибки - 5XX.
— с 02:17 29.10.2026 по 03:36 GMT+03 29.10.2026 (длительность 2 часа 19 минут) наблюдались проблемы в отправке вебхуков и работе методов receiveNotification, deleteNotification, getWebhooksCount. Во время сбоя методы могли отдавать ошибки - 5XX.
На текущий момент работа сервиса полностью восстановлена. Все сообщения, добавленные в очередь, отправлены. Все входящие сообщения также доставлены.
GREEN-API работает в штатном режиме.

Yesterday, from 10/28/2026 to 10/29/2026 (total duration 9 hours 3 minutes), there were problems in the operation of one of our microservices.
The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:
- 4XXXXХХХХХ
On some instances between:
— From 15:25 to 21:36 GMT+03 on 10/28/2026 (duration 6 hours and 11 minutes), issues occurred with the showMessagesQueue, getMessagesCount, and getWebhooksCount methods. During this issue, these methods may have returned 5XX errors.
— From 20:53 to 21:36 GMT+03 on 10/28/2026 (duration 43 minutes), issues occurred with sending messages. During this issue, message-sending methods may have returned 5XX errors.
— From 02:17 to 03:36 GMT+03 on 10/29/2026 (duration 2 hours and 19 minutes), issues occurred with sending webhooks and the operation of the receiveNotification, deleteNotification, and getWebhooksCount methods. During this issue, these methods may have returned 5XX errors.
The service is now fully operational. All messages that had been added to the queue have been sent. All incoming messages have also been delivered.
The GREEN-API is currently running stably.

During the outage, requests to message-sending methods may have returned errors 500 (Internal Server Error) and 403 (Forbidden).
A message sent during this period is considered successfully sent only if a successful delivery webhook was received or a corresponding entry is present in the journal.
The technical failure affected all instances.

- GetWaSettings иногда показывает не актуальную информацию
- QR-коды на некоторых инстансах не генерируются
- на некоторых инстансах замечены проблемы с очередью отправки сообщений
- уведомления (вебхуки) по входящим сообщениям могут дублироваться
⚠️ На инстансах МАХ (31XX, 35XX) наблюдаются проблемы:
- входящие сообщения приходят с опозданием
- вебхуки могут не отправляться
- хост 3ХХХ.kz.api.green-api.com не доступен в РФ, рекомендуем использовать api.green-api.com
- при обращении к прямым хостам возможны таймауты на методах отправки (sendMessage, sendFileByUrl) и на receiveNotification
- возможны повышенные задержки ответа API при обращении из РФ
- Инстансы MAX в ЛК не грузятся либо отображаются неавторизованными, просим использовать метод
⚠️Прочие проблемы
- Медиахост media.green-api.com временно недоступен. Рекомендуем использовать прямой хост вашего инстанса или media.greenapi.com

We are currently experiencing issues with MAX and WhatsApp instances due to high microservice load. Our DevOps engineers are working to resolve these problems.
⚠️ Issues observed on WhatsApp instances (31XX, 35XX):
- Unstable performance
- Instances may return 404 errors
- Delayed message delivery
- GetWaSettings sometimes displays outdated information
- QR codes fail to generate on some instances
⚠️ Issues observed on MAX instances (7201, 1101, 1103, 1105, 55XX):
- Delayed incoming messages
- Webhooks may fail to send
- The host 3XXX.kz.api.green-api.com is inaccessible in the Russian Federation; we recommend using api.green-api.com instead

During the issues, requests resulted in 50X errors. Sending and receiving messages experienced significant delays, and message queues pending transmission or receipt may have built up on the instances.
The technical issues affected WhatsApp, MAX, and Telegram instances of the type:
- 1XXXXXXXXX,
- 3XXXXXXXXX,
- 4XXXXXXXXX,
- 5XXXXXXXXX
These instances may currently show a status of "Unauthorized" or "Starting."
The SetSettings method may also fail with a 500 error on all instances.
We are awaiting a resolution to the network issues from Yandex.Cloud. Here is the link to the Yandex.Cloud incident report.

GREEN-API работает в штатном режиме.

At the moment, the service has been fully restored. After the system was restored, all messages and notifications were successfully sent and received.
The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
