Many people believe that it is easier to have a healthy lifestyle in the countryside. Others believe that there are health benefits of living in cities. Discuss both views and give your opinions. People have differing views regarding whether it is much easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle in cities or in countryside. While life in cities might offer enough health advantages for individuals, I personally fall for the latter camp. On the one hand, some people claim that cities are full of opportunities for health-related ambitions. They propose the idea of easy-to-access clinics, widely-recognised hospital with highly-trained and highly qualified doctors in cities. Added to that, they offer services with reasonable prices from general diagnosis to the highly-concentrated surgical operations. Another point is that healthy processed food can be within reach for every other individual in almost all convenience stores such as fresh baked bread, citrus type fruits. On the other hand, compared to cities, some and I believe that lifestyle in rural areas can be much healthier in many regards. Unlike cities with long traffic jams and worsened air quality, rural areas do not usually own any public or private transport settings. This generally makes the quality of air clean and fresh with also large numbers of trees and local plantations. As a result, the cleaner the air is, the less likelihood of people developing any lung-related diseases such as lung cancer or inflammation. One more important factor for the better health in rural dwellings is that people can enjoy the noise-free life with higher levels of longer attention span. Finally, while eating healthily always plays a pivotal role for the general well-being, nutrituous produce including dairy products, fresh ripened vegetables and fruits can be easily accessed. In conclusion, despite the health benefits the city life can present, it is evident that the life in rural areas can be far more opportunistic to lead a healthy lifestyle.
