In short, they are proposing new “energy efficiency standards” in line with “net zero” goals. This includes things such as installing ceiling insulation where none exists, droughtproofing with weather seals on all external doors, new electric hot water systems and three-star efficiency cooling.
It also means landlords will be forced to transition to energy efficient and smart appliances inside homes.
Landlords are saying they may just sell their investment properties because of the costs associated for them, and the costs that will have to be passed on to renters.
In essence, this ensures that eventually regular landlords and tenants will be priced out of properties that aren’t smart city, communal living blocks.

30 Mannheim: New video emerged!
🟥 A new video shows a different angle that exonerates the seriously injured police officer.
▪️ The man in the blue vest accidentally mistakes one of the helpers for an attacker and punches him several times.
▪️ The rushing policeman jumps on him and loses sight of the migrant.
▪️ The Afro-Arab takes advantage of this to stab him twice in the neck from behind.
👉 According to this new information, the police officer did nothing wrong. He couldn't have had a better view of the situation. He is even the only one who really intervened, while 7(!) colleagues sometimes even ran away.
👉 His life is still in danger and he has been undergoing surgery since yesterday. I sincerely hope that he survives this cowardly attack!
