44. Super simple, step-by-step explanation of how the MIT professor used Google's NotebookLM to grade 47 essays in about 12–15 minutes. Step 1: Make a new Notebook in notebooklm.google.com (free with a Google account).* Name it something like “Essay Grading – Class XYZ”. Step 2: Upload everything in one go. He dragged and dropped these files into the notebook: All 47 student essays (as PDFs or Word files) His grading rubric (the list of what to check and how many points for each part) Course materials (lectures, readings, slides) — so the AI could suggest specific things students should review Previous student submissions (from earlier assignments) — for the plagiarism/style check Step 3: First prompt — Grade them all. He typed this into the chat box:“Evaluate each paper against the rubric I uploaded. Give a score for every criterion and flag any papers that look off or don’t follow expected patterns.”→ NotebookLM read everything and gave him scores + quick notes for all 47 essays in seconds. Step 4: Second prompt — Catch cheating. He followed up with: “Now compare the writing style of each essay to the previous submissions from the same students. Highlight any big style changes that might mean they copied or used AI.”→ The AI spotted 3 suspicious cases he would have missed. Step 5: Final prompt — Write helpful feedback Last prompt: “For each student, write short personalized feedback. Point out their weak spots and tell them exactly which course materials (lectures/readings) they should review to improve.”→ NotebookLM created nice, specific comments for every student. That’s it! He copied the AI’s output, added his own quick final touches if needed, and was done. Why it was so fast ? NotebookLM already had all the essays + rubric + course notes in one place. The AI can read and compare dozens of documents almost instantly. He just asked 3 clear questions instead of reading every essay himself.

📁Nice use case for google's gemini models - Long audio transcript creation in whatever way we like 👇 https://x.com/i/status/2003867336932229231

42. Nice prompt to try with current advanced ai models to reduce your boredom and to develop creativity (works nicely with gemini 3 pro) Your first prompt : Find few distinct ideas from disparate these two fields {FILL ANYTHING} AND {FILL ANYTHING} and create a novel connection between them. One that most people or no one would have noticed before. Make it truly unique. Have it be rich in detail but also use economy of language and succinct.   AI response: AI's response to your message Your follow up prompt: Tell whether it is practically possible by current technology? And why not this technology didn't come yet in the real world? And give scientific evidence/ research papers which prove the feasibility of your concept
