The people behind the title of this video cannot see the irony of said title, as forever calling people who are simply sick and tired of wtf is happening to their countries, far right, is indeed pushing them towards the "far right" https://youtu.be/4fxcGpsK0-g?feature=shared

Why the far right is surging in Europe | FT Film

The European Parliament has been a coalition of centre-left and centre-right delegates for decades. But elections in June could deliver more far right MEPs than ever before. Their success could influence EU policy on everything from immigration to agriculture and the energy transition. The FT speaks to politicians and voters across the continent to reveal the causes and potential impacts See if you get the FT for free as a student (http://ft.com/schoolsarefree) or start a £1 trial:

A new census commissioned by Scottish Enterprise has revealed that it is on track to meet the Scottish Government target of growing Scotland’s employee-owned business (EOB) community to 500 companies by 2030. Conducted by academics from the University of Leeds, University of New South Wales and the White Rose Employee Ownership Centre, it is the second commissioned by the agency, with the first taking place in May 2022. Since then, the community in Scotland has grown by 47% or 91 companies – an average of 45 new EOBs per year. If this trend continues, Scottish Enterprise will meet the 2030 target, which was set out in the 2021 Programme for Government. Latest figures show there are currently 286 EOBs operating in Scotland - up from 195 in 2022 - comprised of 177 Scottish-registered EOBs, 25 Scottish-registered workers’ cooperatives and 84 EOBs with trading/production operations in Scotland, but which are registered elsewhere. https://www.insider.co.uk/news/scottish-enterprise-track-meet-2030-32864462

They always try to slide in Brexit, amongst their list of grievances. This has been a classic SNP manipulative tactic for years, in their attempts to conflate independence with the EU. As for blaming Westminster for this "cost of living crisis".. remind me again how Europe is faring during this time? Are the Tories responsible for countries across Europe facing inflation too aye? I'm not even a Tory, far from it but FFS this bile is NONSENSE Fuck the SNP https://x.com/SkyNews/status/1795037951426003269/mediaViewer?currentTweet=1795037951426003269&currentTweetUser=SkyNews

I don't understand why people in Scotland constantly fall for the same old election tropes from the SNP. Literally everything John Swinney is saying right now is identical to what Nicola Sturgeon spent years spouting out.

Just evil. Actions that could decimate the Aberdeen oil industry and our economic, national and energy security. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/568d76d1-e2d3-4360-8148-2aa7fb9389f1?shareToken=41f1e931ba28d8ab4979ca36266fa5c9 https://archive.ph/svaW8

A former co-leader of the Scottish Greens has issued a "wake-up call" about the dangers to freedom of speech in Scotland posed by the SNP and his former party. Robin Harper warns that Scots are now being encouraged to "shop" their friends and neighbours "East German style" if they speak out on issues such as the gender debate "There are strong signs that the SNP's centralism is a first step to totalitarianism. Already in Scotland it is against the law to speak out on a range of issues, with your friends and families invited to shop you East German style if you step over the line" "Populism is a potent political weapon and all parties have active youth wings who appear to be the most vulnerable to its extremist messages. Combine snitching with a disregard for science and truth-telling and the way is open to the destruction of western democracy." https://www.scottishdailyexpress.co.uk/news/politics/snp-scotland-sliding-east-german-32900990

Repost from White Papers
"Brief: Scottish Demographics" Scotland's census results on race and ethnicity paint a mixed picture. Whites retain a healthy 92.9% share of the Scottish population, but the share declined more in the decade between 2011 and 2022 than it did in the 30 years before 2011. The share of native Scots has decreased by 6.25 points from 83.95% in 2011 to 77.7% in the 2022 data. The number of native Scots declined by 200,000, while the population of ethnic minorities increased by 177,000. The Black African population of Scotland doubled from 29,000 in 2011 to 58,000 in 2022. While the Asian population increased by 140,000. On the positive side, Scotland gained 43,100 speakers of Gaelic and Scots, and the youth population of the country remains overwhelmingly White.
