सध्या अभ्यास करताना ज्या गोष्टी तुम्ही Face करत आहात, अगदी तशाच कमी-अधिक प्रमाणात इतरजण सुद्धा face करत आहेत. महत्त्वाचा मुद्दा हा की आपण ठरवलेल्या targets पेक्षा आपला अभ्यास किती कमी जास्त होतोय हे ओळखणे जास्त महत्त्वाचं. न की इतर लोक किती अभ्यास करत आहेत. विनाकारण स्ट्रेस वाढवून न घेता आपण आपल्या अभ्यासाचे प्लॅनिंग किंवा नियोजन करून अभ्यास करणे संयुक्तिक राहील. अभ्यास होत नाहीये,जास्त वेळ वाया जातोय, आउटपुट मिळत नाहीये...हे समान आणि रोजचे असलेले प्रश्न आहेत. त्याच सवयी वेगळा रिजल्ट नक्कीच देत नाहीत. म्हणून, तुम्हाला सवयीमधे काही थोडाफार बदल करावा लागेल. त्यापैकी एक की डिजिटल डिटॉक्स म्हणजे ई-फास्टिंग मोड आपण जो म्हटला तो एक-दोन तासासाठी सुरू ठेवणे. दोन तासाच्या बैठकीनंतर फक्त 10 min मोबाईल वापरणे. छोट्या छोट्या स्टेप्स आहेत...त्या घ्या..अभ्यास होऊन जाईल..चिंता नसावी..!😍👍

खूप व्यवस्थित study चालू असतांना अचानक stuck होण,मनात cut off चा किंवा Pass होईल की नाही हे विचार येण...यालाच tension येतय in general म्हणतो आपण..But
Dear friends...
it's very obvious nd common thing..जी प्रत्येकासोबत घडते..अनेकवेळा होत अस...अश्या वेळी फक्त study पासून दूर जाण्यापेक्षा स्वतःशी संवाद साधा..काय वाचून झालंय काय राहिलाय..अस करुन तुम्हाला स्वतःला च चांगल feel होईल.Rather than दुसरीकडे काही temporary solution शोधण....
Self Parenting will always show u the best way...
