Just Wait for the Lord
Closing Prayer
Again, I appreciate your patience and your grace.
I hope that you're encouraged today.
As Paul would say, and pray even, Lord, “Encourage one another with these words.”
What words?
The words, the hope, the blessed hope of Your soon and very soon return when that trumpet sounds and the dead in Christ rise first, and we who are alive and remain are caught
up, raptured up.
And then we will see You when we meet You in the air and forever be with
You, Lord.
And that is our not only blessed hope, it's our only hope.
And for many of us, it’s the only
hope that gets us up in the morning and allows us to get any sleep at night is knowing that today could be the day.
So thank You, Lord.
Thank You, Lord, that anyone who puts their hope in You will never be disappointed, never be let down.
Thank You for that hope, Lord. We'll wait on You, for You until that time.
So Lord, come quickly, we pray.
Maranatha! In Jesus’ name,
