The late 1990's and to a certain degree up through the mid-2000's was the last time White people were permitted to have a truly vibrant and distinct place of our own in popular culture. If this video was made today you'd have a cacophony of obnoxious black and jewish voices condemning the lack of diversity and calling for the band to be boycotted and thrown off of tours. But in 1998, this is just what life looked like. And all of us took it for granted until after we had lost it all.
