New NFT Profile Pictures Twitter shoved this in my face earlier. I have a number of thoughts about it, none of them good. The first thing that comes to mind (and I had already concluded this about NFTs; today was just confirmation) is that this is going to be one of many feet in the door to connect your online presence to your coming Digital ID, and eventually everything you submit will have your own unique signature.
