| 18 | خانم میم که تقریبا خانم مسنی هم هست با شوق به آقای نون که جوان است گفت: این کتاب ابن سینا رو عرب دونسته.(احتمالا خواسته بود سر صحبت را باز کند) و در ادامه پارگراف مربوطه رو خواند. آقای نون که حوصلهی صحبت نداشت با لحنی خشک گفت: خب زبان نوشتن ابن سینا عربی بوده.
خانم میم (شاید) توقع داشت که بحث به مام وطن و میهن و ایران و اعراب و جمهوری اسلامی و... برسه اما نشد. بحثی شکل نگرفت. بعد از سکوتی کوتاه، نون لبخندی مصنوعی زد و نهایت ابراز احساسش نسبت به نیاز میم این بود که زیاد سخت نگیرید.
