[Forwarded from ☘️ { 𝔖𝔠𝔞𝔯𝔩𝔢𝔱𝔱𝔞'𝔰 𝔏𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔤𝔢 } ☘️] Online anonymity 🔐 Browser I won’t talk about the Tor browser (but it’s better to use the i2p network), everyone already knows about it. I will talk about a browser for everyday surfing. In my opinion, the best browser for PC is LibreWolf . It's based on Firefox, but it's important to know one thing, using without add-ons is not entirely private, so here's a little list of add-ons for you: AdNauseam - https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/adnauseam/ (not an ad). This is an ad blocker, only it is more functional. CSS Exfil Protection - https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/css-exfil-protection/ (not an ad). This is protection against CSS attacks from the site. I don't care about cookies - https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/i-dont-care-about-cookies/ (not advertising). Deletes cookies after closing the browser Decentraleyes - https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/decentraleyes/ (not advertising). Disconnect - https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/disconnect/ (not advertising). Privacy Badger - https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/privacy-badger17/ (not advertising) . Privacy Possum - https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/privacy-possum/ (not advertising) . Canvas Defender - https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/no-canvas-fingerprinting/ (no ads) . The browser changes the fingerprint, but I use it only to know if the site collects the fingerprint, LibreWolf already has such a built-in extension . NoScript - https://addons.mozilla.org/en/firefox/addon/noscript/ (not ads) . Blocks scripts. The list will be updated if I remember . Operating system Remember once and for all, no need to use Kodachi, Tails. They have bald spots in security and the code is not completely open. There was also a story with Tails that, at the request of the FSB, a vulnerability was built into it to catch ransomware, it is still not known whether it was removed or not. I would recommend Qubes Os, Whonix Os. For everyday use, Debian is ideal for me, or Devuan (like Debian, but without systemd). They're simple enough and won't f*ck your brain if you want to download a closed-source program like the Free Software Foundation (GNU) approved operating systems do. But if you are a strong paranoiac, then use openbsd. Of course, you can use systems approved by the GNU Foundation, but it seems to me that they will fuck your brain. If you need more code than on bsd systems, then use Gentoo, but on weak PCs you will install for several days, since you yourself compile the code (gentoo is not for beginners). Encryption Your best bet would be to encrypt the operating system with some sort of VeraCrypt or good old TrueCrypt, but the original is very hard to find, but I did my best, so keep it https://github.com/AuditProject/truecrypt-verified-mirror (no ads). It is checked for originality, but it can be bullshit, don't forget, you can't trust anyone, even your relatives can be secret agents of the FBI (just kidding, don't ban me). Search Engine At the expense of search engines, everything is simple, use https://search.disroot.org/ (not advertising). The reference point was taken from this site https://search.disroot.org/ (not advertising). If you wish, you are on the engine of this search engine, you can raise your own, since the code is open. Not Anonymous/Communication No matter how obvious it may be, but telegram is not anonymous, how can it be anonymous what, in fact, asks for your passport during registration, the SIM card is registered on your data. I would advise you to use something else, for example, using the XMPP protocol (jabber in common), create your own server and chat, or here are some videos on communication, you can use jami, but only by passing it through Tor, since there are no servers and you connect to each other, then you can find out your ip).
