Three years ago, I was working on a Python script that exports members of one group to another. When I first started doing it, the Telegram team deleted my account. However, I sent an email to one of their email accounts asking for my account to be restored, which they eventually did. However, with some tricks, I was able to export without Telegram noticing. The technique I used was really simple, and the script could contain multiple clients or user bots that run concurrently on a single thread. One of the bots will first do initialization such as exporting banned and normal members from the group to which we want to add users, saving them to a file, and loading them to filter out new users from the group from which we want to export users. Then, from the target group, each bot will take what they can. Let's assume they get 5k users out of a total of 10k group members. They will next perform some filtering on the fetched users, such as removing existing members, administrators, deleted accounts, and bots. and then sleep for 20 seconds. One of the reasons for account deletion could be simultaneously calling TG APIS without sleeping. Before they begin inviting, each user bot will calculate the offset by dividing the total number of fetched users by the number of user bots. Assuming we have five bots running concurrently, our offset will be 5000/5, or 1000. As a result, the first bot will have 1–1000 and the second bot will have 1001–2001 to add to the group. Then, after they've finished inviting, they'll send a message with the amount they've added. I'll make this script public tomorrow, with a few minor changes to the source code.
