well, try talking to them, visit the cage regularly and hand em some yummy treats. take em out of the cage every day and try making them sit on your finger(deceiving with food or distraction). finally if they're an adult bird just try getting along with the way things are cause there isn't much to be done in that case. also lemme see the baby!
