1. ADR Case (2002) – Right to know candidates' criminal antecedents, assets and education (Art. 19(1)(a)).
2. PUCL v. UOI(2003) – Freedom to vote recognised under Article 19(1)(a).
3. NOTA Judgment (2013) – Right to reject candidates and secrecy of NOTA protected.
✍ Judicial Position :
1. N.P. Ponnuswami (1952), Jyoti Basu (1982) & Kuldip Nayar (2006): Right to vote remains statutory.
2. Anoop Baranwal (2023) – J. Ajay Rastogi favoured recognising voting as a fundamental right.

It’s not about how good you are, once you start writing, you will improve for sure.
First day se toh aap acha ni likhoge right? But yes, dheere dheere changes visible Ho jaayenge.
