I followed a lot of doctors today, and now I going to play a big dumb.

I keep asking this question and so far nobody has a reasonable explanation. How many years will it take the to attack. A number of people are reported to be walking or floating in to countries around the world. They are given full board in major cities, funds with which to buy essentials and mobile phones. In the UK we have had reports of groups residing in one building, but then being moved out on buses to somewhere else. Four years is a long time to not take action. So what are they really here for?
