The structure is "If + past perfect => would + infinitive." We use this structure when:
🌬 You had installed air conditioning recently. But if someone else had done this for you, you would say: "I ___ air conditioning ___."
🚘 If someone is washing your car at the current moment, you can say: "I ___ my car ___ at the moment."
✅ Today, we are checking causatives (Hint: We use causative verbs when we want to talk about something that someone else did for us or another person).
