| 2 | Said this 5 years ago. Stand by it today.
Replace “media” with “government.” And it’s the same.
I think Fauci is the fall guy to legitimize the idea that COVID was a real bio weapon that came from a lab, that we should be afraid of man made viruses, and that the government will hold itself accountable for the agendas it is a part of. | 771 |
| 3 | A friend of mine reached out wanting me to interview someone running for political office in a US State, who, as part of her platform, would require disclosure on a whole host of issues.
I am torn on whether it’s even worth doing a podcast with her.
On one hand, it could be an interesting conversation. On the other, I am philosophically a voluntaryist as many of y’all know, and don’t even believe government’s authority is legitimate in the first place.

| 4 | Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 250: The Next Level of Spirituality & Knowing Yourself with Garrain Asé.
You need to let God purify you, and you’re about to find why.
Garrain is one of America's top 25 personal development coaches, a bestselling author, and a speaker who has reached over 4.7 million people across 100 countries.
When I invited him to Confluence, everything in his life was being stripped away. His business and investments were cut in half, and his identity was dissolving right along with them. In retrospect, he realized that's what it looks like when God purifies every part of your life that's out of alignment. He said yes anyway, and that trust became the thread of our entire conversation.
If you're in the middle of a personal storm right now, this conversation is for you.

| 5 | A dear friend and member of TWF is in need of help. If you have the means to help, I know his family would really appreciate it:
“My family is facing an immediate financial crisis. We've exhausted our savings, have been forced to max out our credit cards (we're currently at over $50,000 in debt), falling behind on essential expenses, and are now forced to leave our rental home by the end of the month, with nowhere to go nor money to move anywhere.
My partner and I are doing everything we can to keep things moving forward while caring for our 7-year-old daughter, three dogs, and cat.
Your support would provide critical stability; helping us secure temporary and/or long-term housing, cover essential living expenses, and bridge the gap until we return to bringing in much more abundance, returning to at least normal levels, if not more. Stephen continues putting out applications for Chief of Staff and Program Management roles, and his coparent's also doing what she can, to bring in abundance, too.
If you feel called to help, Venmo and PayPal provide the quickest availability to funds, while GoFundMe transfers may take several business days or longer, especially when using a credit card.

PayPal: @SMKantola

Thank you for considering an investment in our family's next chapter. Every contribution makes an immediate and meaningful difference.” | 927 |
| 6 | We’re considering an additional, more laid-back version of Confluence, Confluence Campout: September 17–21. | 1 019 |
| 7 | Also I love Yerasimos. One of my dearest friends. Take a joke everyone. Lighten up. | 1 558 |
| 8 | And I mean gay in the context of lame. No offense to gay people.
Gay can mean happy, homosexual, or lame.
Just like fag can mean cigarette, a dereogatory term for a homosexual, or a nickname for Yerasimos Stilianessis | 1 535 |
| 9 | Also, I don’t even get angry at the people who are quick to call me and others shills/controlled op/sell outs anymore.
You’re not my target audience. I want an audience that is open minded but skeptical. Those who ask “hey Alec, I noticed you didn’t push back at Gregg. Why is that?” Rather than those who immediately assert (without evidence) “this is proof Alec is controlled op!” Lazy. Paranoid. And fucking gay. Not my people. See yourself out | 1 490 |
| 10 | There's a version of health optimization that's making people more anxious, more neurotic, and less resilient, and almost no one in the space is willing to call it out.
The holistic health space has a problem, and Ste Lane is one of the few people naming it. He's a coach, homesteader, and host of Radical Health Radio. His lens on ancestral health, masculinity, and human vitality is shaped by everything from cage fighting in England to raising kids on the land in Tennessee.
Ste and I have been orbiting each other's worlds for years, and this conversation is the first time we’ve been able to sit down and dig in.
A lot gets covered, but the real thread underneath is this: most people are outsourcing their health to protocols, supplements, peptides, and fear-based content, and it's making them weaker, not stronger.

| 11 | Getting a lot of flack on my interview with Gregg Braden—multiple people saying I’ve “sold out”, and I understand why.
He brought up a lot stuff I don’t agree with: aliens from other planets, the genetics dogma, vaccines, and more.
And the problem people have is I didn’t push back enough.
Here’s the context that people don’t understand. There’s always more context…
Gregg’s team told me I only had 1 hour, and he couldn’t go any longer than that.
My typical podcast length is averaged at 2 hours 50 minutes, so that I typically CAN go deep and push back/share my perspective where I feel appropriate.
But as he was saying some of the many things I disagreed with, that time limit was lingering in the back of my mind. I knew that, if I pushed back on any one of the points I disagreed with, it would derail the conversation and we’d have no time to get into things I intended to discuss.
Ultimately, we really didn’t get into many of the things I wanted to discuss anyway, which was a huge bummer. I love some of the info Gregg has put out on consciousness, the mind, and the nature of reality. And we didn’t really get into any of that.
What that said, the onus is on you as the listener to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t, irrespective of a situation like this. Also, I genuinely love interviewing people that I don’t agree with on everything, cause it’s an invitation for my to check myself on my own perspectives, and also learn that people I disagree with DO have the capacity to share some golden nuggets of wisdom. | 1 206 |
| 12 | Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode Ep 248: How to Reclaim Your Sovereignty Before the 2030 Global Reset with Gregg Braden
The global reset is coming, and we need to get prepared.
Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, scientist, and pioneer in the emerging paradigm bridging science, social policy, and human potential.
From 1979 to 1991, Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) where he worked as a Senior Computer Systems Designer, and Cisco Systems, where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991.
He continues problem-solving today, and his research resulted in the 2003 discovery of intelligent information coded into the human genome and the 2010 application of fractal time to predict future occurrences of past events.

| 13 | Catch our latest release - now live! Episode 247: The Real Cause of Insomnia & Sleep Issues with Derek Lacey.
Most people think they go to sleep to wind down, but Derek Lacey says sleep is when your life force expresses itself the most.
Derek is a sleep facilitator and the founder of The Art of Falling Asleep. His work reframes insomnia, dreaming, and even the purpose of sleep itself.
He spent years rotating through Ambien, Xanax, NyQuil, and Dramamine. He even went camping with no technology and still could not sleep for two nights in a row. Then in 2015, something shifted, and it had nothing to do with magnesium, blackout curtains, or any other protocol.
Our conversation moves into territory I have not heard another sleep expert touch on: why the mind is not the brain, why determination to fall asleep is often the thing keeping you awake, and how Derek believes the purpose of life is to sleep.

| 14 | The cause of mineral deficiency is not what most “mineral experts” say it is.
Mineral deficiency may be the most overlooked driver of fatigue, poor sleep, cramping, anxiety, and burnout in modern life, and almost no practitioner is talking about it at the cellular level.
Caroline Alan is the co-founder and CEO of BEAM Minerals, and her background reads like a survival story before it ever became a science one.
After flatlined adrenals, periodontal disease, recurring infections, and years of insomnia, minerals were the one thing that changed everything for her. From there, she went deep into microbiology, cellular biology, and soil science to understand why.
The conversation moves through humic and fulvic molecules, how glyphosate breaks down the gut lining, why salt-based electrolytes can wreck an athlete's ecosystem, and what real hydration actually requires.

| 16 | As the world continues to push us toward connecting digitally, we're looking to do the opposite.
This September, we're inviting just 25 people to join us for a few unhurried days on a private island in Belize.
This isn't designed to be a conference, and it isn't simply a vacation. It's something closer to a curated island gathering that sits somewhere between the two.
Expect meaningful conversations, a little adventure, a little play, beautiful natural surroundings, incredible farm-to-table meals, and plenty of unstructured time to simply enjoy being human again.
If you've ever been to Confluence, you know there's something difficult to explain that happens when our community gathers in person. We're bringing that same spirit to Belize - just smaller, more intimate, and with the beautiful Caribbean Sea as the backdrop.
We'd love to have you there.

| 17 | Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 245: The Lies About Anarchy & Politics The Media Want You To Believe with Catherine Bleish Bonandin
Anarchism is not what they made you believe.
Catherine Bleish Bonandin spent two decades in the freedom movement, got arrested twice, was profiled by the Southern Poverty Law Center, and eventually walked away from frontline activism after a police officer added her name to a monitoring list while she was raising an infant.
She now produces Anarchapulco in Mexico and Liberpulco in Serbia, and partners with Liberland. She lives on Greenbriar, a consensus-based intentional community in Texas, where she homeschools her kids and teaches Game of Village.
This one runs deep on what real community looks like when nobody's making you stay.

| 18 | Two hundred and fifty years ago, the world heard a declaration: freedom is not a privilege to be granted. It is a birthright.
It was a powerful idea. But it was never the whole story.
Because true freedom isn't only found in a document, a flag, or a nation. It's found in a body that moves without pain. In a community that governs itself with integrity. In a soul that knows its connection to something greater.
This July, as America turns 250, we're not just marking what was proclaimed. We're showing you what freedom actually looks like, lived out loud.
Freedom: 250 & Beyond is a free three-day livestream drawing from years of footage from Confluence, one of the most remarkable gatherings happening in America today.
A living, breathing proof of concept that the world our hearts know is possible is already being built.
Join people across the country for three days of conversations, stories, and moments that will remind you: you were born free.
And you still are.
Each day of Freedom: 250 & Beyond is built around a different theme, featuring six sessions of curated mainstage talks drawn from past Confluence gatherings.
A full schedule will be sent to all registrants upon signing up.

| 19 | Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 244: The Power of Recall Healing, Family Constellations & Heart Coherence with Dr. Richard Massey
Your body is continuously recalling the trauma from your past.
After ten years as a board-certified anesthesiologist, Dr. Richard Massey watched his sister-in-law reverse pre-eclampsia in three days by eating more eggs. That moment ended his career in conventional medicine.
He now works with live blood microscopy, heart coherence biofeedback, recall healing, German New Medicine, and family constellations. What he keeps seeing under the microscope is not pathology, it’s the body healing. It took him thirteen years to say that out loud.

| 20 | Join us tonight at 7pm ET for the premiere of episode 243: Why Homeopathy Is The Future of Medicine with Melissa Kupsch
Homeopathy has more to do with our energy field than people think.
Most people think homeopathy is a sugar pill that does nothing. After signing off on close to 12,000 student cases, Melissa Kupsch has watched it resolve everything from decades-long chronic constipation to anaphylaxis to debilitating anxiety that survived years of psychiatric intervention.
Melissa is a world-leading homeopath, founder of RMDY Collective and RMDY Academy, and one of the most grounded voices I know on what energetic medicine actually does inside the body.
