Your beliefs keep you in separation from your spirit and prevent you from finding the cause of problems in your life as well as prevents you from living your fullest potential. Your belief systems are creating your biggest blocks to growth.
I. Investigate your thoughts
2. What's the root belief creating the thought?
3. Where did that belief come from?
4. Is it true or is it an inherited program?
5. Is it from a traumatic experience?
6. Is it serving you? ( explain )
7. Spend time in contemplation about it.
Use journaling to self reflect that way you can come back to it or contemplate further later on.

UNCONSCIOUS COMPANION THROUGH -OUT YOUR LIFE WHEN A FALSE SENSE OF SELF IS THE BASIS FROM WHICH YOUR LIFE IS BUILT.
AND WHEN YOUR BODY IS FILLED WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL ENERGY, IT PREVENTS YOU FROM BEING A RECEIVER OF HIGHER FREQUENCY LIGHT CODES (Like a radio - the signal remains blocked)
IF YOU CANT HOLD MORE LIGHT YOU CANNOT ACCESS HIGHER DIMENSIONS OF CONSCIOUSNESS. YOY MUST RELEASE THE OLD EMOTIONAL ENERGY FIRST.
