I will say this:
You guys know I worked at an LCBO. The liquor is covered, we have a no chase law. In store and for officers, we get what we can from videos and license plates and an investigation ensues.
This is the first video that mentions an off duty cop and now we see it for what it is.... because it was an off duty cop who was offended.
There has been many reasons to " chase " down suspects, including a similar robbery at an LCBO! No one chased anyone then...
Canada is turning in a real life GTA5 ...and we don't have the personalities to handle it.
