The courts refused to look at the demonstrable fraud in most cases, like the one @ GenFlynn cited in his interview with you. What does it say when election officials and the courts, acting as a safeguard, don't recognize the fraud taking place in their arenas of jurisdiction and watch? Without citizens expressing their will to activate their rights to create various bodies of government (the body politic) then a nation does not exist in any de jure sense, at least not a lawful one that is a true democratic republic. Their trusteeship of an office holder is void when that trustee fails to uphold the will of the trustor, in this case, the people in various jurisdictions of representation. EVERY SINGLE ONE of the office holders who had the power to perform proper election audits, on votes themselves, the process at large, or any oversight of other elected officials, and didn't properly catch the fraud or correct the misapplication of the law of elections in that jurisdiction should be recalled and be stripped of their power to represent the people for gross negligence, and if necessary, should be criminally prosecuted for knowingly allowing the people's vote to be abrogated.
