انگلیسی برای مصاحبه ⭕⭕ قسمت هشتم: طریقه جمع‌بندی و جملات پایانی Session 8-Asking for more information and saying goodbye در نهایت در پایان مصاحبه، ممکنه مصاحبه کننده ازتون بخواد اگر سوالی راجع به اون شرکت یا اون موقعیت شغلی دارین بپرسین، یا حتی خودتون ممکنه سوالی توی ذهنتون باشه که بخواین بپرسین. • workforce (یعنی all the employees that we have working for us) • working hours • unsociable hours (یعنی it’s very hard to have a social life) • on call (یعنی to be available to work at any time) • fill the vacancy (یعنی find or be a new person for a job = start working) • a nine to five job (a traditional job) Examples: Could you tell me a little about the organization? For example, how big is your workforce here? The company is cutting its workforce. And how about the working hours? Do you have flexible working hours? In journalism working hours are not exactly 9 to 5. You could be on call at any time. We have to work very unsociable hours at times. And when do you need to fill the vacancy? (=When should I start the work) We are making every effort to fill the vacancies. I really don’t want a nine to five job. They stop working nine to five. و اگر میخواین بپرسین که کی احتمالاً باهاتون تماس میگیرن، میتونین از عبارت زیر استفاده کنین که هم مودبانه است و هم بصورت مستقیم نمیگین که به اون شغل نیاز دارین: • expect to hear from you When can I expect to hear from you? و برای تشکر پایانی و خداحافظی هم میتونین از عبارت‌های زیر استفاده کنین: • cover all the main points (یعنی to discuss it completely) • take some time to speak • pleasure • hear from you • reach me • don’t hesitate to ask me • spring to mind (یعنی come to mind) Examples: I think you have covered all the main points for me. Thank you very much for taking the time to speak to me Mr. Smith. It’s been a pleasure to speak to you. I hope to hear from you very soon. You can reach me by my mobile number. If you want more information about my previous experience, please don’t hesitate to ask me. انگلیسی برای مصاحبه ⭕⭕ قسمت هفتم: صحبت در مورد حقوق و مزایا Session 7-Discussing Salary and Benefits یکی از مراحل پایانی مصاحبه، صحبت در مورد حقوق و مزایا و بسته‌های ویژه‌ای هست که شرکت ممکنه پیشنهاد بده. در این خصوص عبارت‌ها یا اصطلاحات زیر رو میتونین بکار ببرین و یاد بگیرین که اگر شنیدین هم تعجب نکنین. عباراتی در مورد حقوق: • salary / income • earn / get / receive a salary • starting salary (یعنی a salary that you receive in the first few months) • remuneration package (یعنی money and benefits given to someone for the work) • bonus (یعنی an additional pay mentor reward given for good work or performance) • perks (یعنی something that you get legally from your work in addition to your wages) Examples: I’m now earning a good salary as an interpreter. We offer competitive salaries to graduates. It sounds an interesting job, but the salary is too low. As a junior software developer, we offer a starting salary of 80,000 US dollars per annum. Could I first ask about the remuneration package? The position is generously rewarded, with a remuneration package that includes a company car, pension scheme, and mortgage subsidy. This job includes an excellent remuneration package and a profit-sharing scheme. And are there other bonuses included? We do offer a company staff bonus scheme linked to introducing new customers. Further additions to your pay may take the form of bonus payments. The management offered a large bonus to those workers who stayed to the end of the contract. I only eat here because it’s free – one of the perks of the job. One of the perks of working for a fashion designer is that you get to wear lots of nice clothes. One of the perks of my last job was the use of a company car. و در مورد مزایای جانبی: • housing allowance (یعنی money that a company provides for rent of a house) • health insurance • stock options (یعنی a benefit offered by a company to purchase stock for a fixed price) • educational costs for your children Examples: This doesn’t include a generous housing allowance also. In addition to a good salary and other bonuses, we also offer a housing allowance. Well, apart from full health insurance, we do offer a company staff bonus scheme. All of your family members will have private health insurance. Each company has granted the other a 19 % stock option. This company also provides educational costs for your children. • per annum (یعنی each year, per year) • tax • gross salary (total) • net salary (after tax and etc. being deducted) Examples: a salary of $40,000 per annum We offer a salary of 80,000 US dollars per annum. He already pays 30% tax on his income. انگلیسی برای مصاحبه ⭕⭕ قسمت ششم: صحبت در مورد نقاط ضعف شما Session 6-Describing your weaknesses اگر توی مصاحبه، نقاط قوت شما رو بپرسن به احتمال خیلی زیاد نقاط ضعف شما رو هم میپرسن، میتونین (بسته به ویژگی‌های اخلاقی تون) از کالوکیشن‌ها و فریزهای زیر استفاده کنین: • to get frustrated (or to feel frustrated) • distracted • to be a restless character (don’t like to stand still, maybe get bored easily) Examples: Well as I mentioned before, I do tend to get frustrated if I don’t see progress in my work or career. I get easily frustrated (or distracted ) in noisy places, and I need more concentration. I get frustrated when people don’t understand what I’m trying to say. I was distracted by the sound of a car alarm in the street. I suppose I’m quite a restless character. My father always taught me to be a high achiever so. • self-critical • shy / lacking confidence • perfectionism / perfectionist Examples: I can be too critical of myself. I’m naturally shy. From high school and into my early professional interactions, it prevented me from speaking up. I lack the confidence to talk to people. I had always suffered from insecurity and a lack of confidence. I tend to be a perfectionist and can linger on the details of a project which can threaten deadlines. Procrastination often comes from unrealistic perfectionist tendencies, self-doubt, or fear of change. اما نکته‌ای که مهم هست اینه که شما نشون بدین خودتون رو خوب میشناسین و در جهت برطرف کردن ضعف‌هاتون تلاش کردین. مثلا اگر میگین آدم disorganized ای هستین و ممکنه گاهی کاراتون نامرتب باشه، حتما در ادامه ش بگین که اینو سعی کردین با اولویت دادن به کارها و prioritize کردنشون این مشکل رو حل بکنین. یا مثلا اگر خیلی کمالگرا هستین بگین که سعی میکنین بین کمالگرایی و پایبند بودن به زمان‌بندی تعادل ایجاد کنین. I’ve learned how to find the balance between perfect and very good and being timely. لیست سایر نقاط ضعفی که ممکنه داشته باشین عبارتند از: • Disorganized • Self-Critical/Sensitive • Perfectionism (Note: this can be a strength in many roles, so be sure you have an example of how perfectionism can be a problem to demonstrate that you’ve thought deeply about this trait) • Shy/Not adept at public speaking • Competitive (Note: Similarly to perfectionism, this can be a strength) • Overly Competitive • Get easily stressed • Limited experience in a non-essential skill (especially if obvious on your resume) • Not skilled at delegating tasks • Take on too much responsibility • Not detail-oriented/Too detail-oriented • Not comfortable taking risks • Too focused/Lack of focus در قسمت بعد طریقه صحبت در مورد حقوق و مزایا رو بیان میکنم. #مصاحبه_شغلی 🆔 @navidielts

انگلیسی برای مصاحبه ⭕⭕ قسمت پنجم: صحبت در مورد نقاط قوت شما Session 5-Describing your key strengths یکی از سوالات خیلی مرسومی که توی مصاحبه‌ها پرسیده میشه اینه که نقاط قوت شما چیه، یا خودت رو از دیدگاه مثبت چطور ارزیابی میکنی، یا همکارات با چه صفت‌های خوبی تو رو میشناسن. اینجا میتونین (بسته به ویژگی‌های اخلاقی تون از کالوکیشن‌ها و فریزهای زیر استفاده کنین: 1- صفت‌های مثبت فردی • focused (a person who gives attention and effort to a specific task) • hardworking (diligent) • enthusiastic (you’re interested in what you do) • passionate about something (love to do something) Examples: As I mentioned before, I’m someone who needs new challenges. I’m really focused and hardworking. I think my academic results prove this. When it comes to paying attention to work, I’m really a focused person. Nothing can distract me. Since I’m a focused person, I can finish my tasks quickly. I can achieve whatever I want by being hardworking. The HR department are looking for 2 hardworking engineers. I’m very enthusiastic and, well I hope my colleagues would agree, I’m fun to work with. I’m really enthusiastic about my new job. I’m really passionate about human rights issues. How could anyone be anyone passionate about accounting? I’m really passionate about journalism and passionate about my career. 2- کار کردن در تیم و در کنار اینکه شما یک فرد تیمی خوب هستین، ممکنه به تنهایی هم خوب بتونین کار بکنین: • to be a (good) team-player (to work well in a group) • collaborative • to work independently Examples: Well I believe I’m a good team-player, but I can also work well independently. I’m very collaborative and have always preferred to work in groups. I can also work well independently. We need someone who can both work independently and be **a good team-player. 3- فریزهایی که میتونین در توصیف خودتون استفاده کنین: • I’m someone who (likes/needs/requires/…) • I’m fun to work with • I’m good at something • I have (good) talents in (doing something) • I have strong …. skills Examples: I’m someone who requires a lot of attention. I’m someone who likes new challenges. He is someone who needs structure. I’m fun to work with, since I’m an easygoing person. He has a great sense of humor. He’s fun to work with. I’m good at solving difficult problems. Since I’m an extroverted person, I’m good at negotiation! I’m good at numbers/math! I have talents in writing codes with Python language. I have extremely strong writing skills. I’ve worked as a copywriter for eight years in several industries در کل برای پاسخ دادن به سوالاتی در مورد نقاط قوتتون خودتون رو آماده بکنین. میتونین از توانایی‌های کاریتون بگین، یا از توانایی‌های فردی، مثل اینکه • توانایی مدیریت کردن دارین (Leadership skills - I’ve always been a natural leader) • خیلی شخصیت منظمی دارین (organized - I never miss a deadline. I’m highly organized) • آدم پرحوصله‌ای (patient) هستین • خیلی سریع یاد میگیرین (I’m a fast-learner) • problem-solver هستین • شخصیت تاثیرگذاری دارین (influential هستین یا I have an influencing personality) • فن مذاکره خوبی دارین (I’m a good negotiator) حتما یکی دو سناریوی مختلف توی ذهنتون داشته باشین که بعنوان یک مثال بیان کنین. و سایر صفت‌های دیگه ای که میتونین بهشون فکر کنین، اگر در موردتون صدق میکنه، به جمله‌بندی ش فکر کنین و واسشون سناریو توی ذهنتون داشته باشین: • Action-oriented/entrepreneurial • Attentive/Detail-oriented • Collaborative • Committed/Dedicated • Creative • Determined • Disciplined/Focused • Empathetic • Enthusiastic/Passionate/Driven • Flexible/Versatile • Honest • Innovative • Patient • Respectful دقت کنین که روی یکی دو تا از نقطه قوت‌هاتون مانور بدین که بدرد اون موقعیت شغلی بخوره و خیلی بی ربط نباشه. زیاد هم لازم نیست توی این نوع سوال، فروتن باشین و البته زیاده روی هم نکنین که مغرور به نظر بیاین. در قسمت بعد طریقه صحبت در مورد نقاط ضعفتون رو بیان میکنم. #مصاحبه_شغلی 🆔 @navidielts
